Claims (11)
- 1.不十分な炉心冷却の際の原子炉圧力容器の過圧事故に対する安全装置におい て、圧力容器(1)の一次圧力がかかっている壁あるいは配管(10)に設置さ れた差圧荷重形の圧力放出弁(22)が長手方向に移動可能に支持された弁体( 23)を有し、この弁体(23)がろう付け係留部(24、25)によってその 閉鎖位置に気密に保持され、これに対して原子炉内部がろう付け係留部(24、 25)に到達する限界温度熱流に基づいてそのろう付け係留部(24、25)を 熔融する上限温度に達するその開放位置に移動できるようにすることを特徴とす る原子炉圧力容器の過圧事故に対する安全装置。
- 2.弁体(23)が差圧ピストンであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の安全装 置。
- 3.圧力放出弁(22)がブロー容器に開口するブロー配管(28)に接続され ていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の安全装置。
- 4.ろう付け係留部(24)が弁体(23)のシール面(23.1)と圧力放出 弁(22)の座面(29)との間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ま たは2記載の安全装置。
- 5.差圧ピストンにおいて、ろう付け係留部(25)がピストン円周面(232 )と案内シリンダ(31)の内周面における案内面(30)との間に配置されて いることを特徴とする請求項4記載の安全装置。
- 6.差圧ピストン(23)および案内シリンダ(31)が中空体として形成され ていることを特徴とする請求項2ないし5の1つに記載の安全装置。
- 7.案内シリンダ(31)が弁ハウジング(220)の中に、案内シリンダ(3 1)の外周面と弁ハウジング(220)の内周面との間に溢流通路として環状通 路(27)が形成されるように心出し保持され、その環状通路(27)の中に案 内シリンダ(31)を同心的に保持する案内羽根(32)が配置されて弁ハウジ ング(220)の壁に結合され、溢流通路(27)の入口開口断面が差圧ピスト ン(23)によってその通常位置において遮断され、その釈放位置において自由 にされることを特徴とする請求項5または6記載の安全装置。
- 8.案内シリンダ(31)がピストンと反対側端に圧力放出開口(34)付きの 底(33)を有していることを特徴とする請求項5ないし7の1つに記載の安全 装置。
- 9.圧力放出弁(22)が原子炉圧力容器(1)の近くの主冷却材配管(10) の壁に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8の1つに記載の安全装 置。
- 10.圧力放出弁(22)が圧力容器(1)の壁に主冷却材配管接続短管(4、 9)の高さでそれらの接続短管の間に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1 ないし8の1つに記載の安全装置。
- 11.圧力放出弁(22′)およびこれに接続された配管が小さな横断面に寸法 づけられ、圧力放出配管が別個のブロー弁(36)に対する制御配管(28′) として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9の1つに記載の安全装 置。
