Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.内燃機関の燃料タンクから気化した燃料を内燃機関の吸気通路内へ調量して 導入するための弁であって、弁座体と電磁石のマグネットコアとの間に、貫通孔 を備えた弁閉鎖部材が配置されており、この弁閉鎖部材が、弁座体に向いた第1 の端面と電磁石に向いた第2の端面とを有しており、かつ弁閉鎖ばねにより弁閉 鎖方向に負荷されかつ電磁石により弁開放方向に操作されるようになっており、 その場合、電磁石の通電時に、弁座体に形成され少なくとも1つの弁口を備えた 少なくとも1つの弁座に前記第1の端面で圧着保持され、電磁石の通電量増大時 に弁開放位置を占めるようになっている形式のものにおいて、弁閉鎖部材(37 )に少なくとも1つの緩衝部材(35)が設けられており、この緩衝部材が弁閉 鎖部材(37)を軸方向に貫通しており、かつ弁閉鎖部材(37)の第1の端面 に、弁座体(27)に向いた第1の緩衝面(40)と、弁閉鎖部材(37)の第 2の端面(39)に電磁石(13)に向いた第2の緩衝面(41)を形成してお り、電磁石(13)の無通電時に第1の緩衝面(40)で少なくとも1つの弁座 (32)に当接し、電磁石(13)の充分な通電時に第2の緩衝面(41)で当 接面(55)に当接するように構成されていることを特徴とする気化した燃料を 内燃機関の吸気通路内に調量して導入するための弁。 2.緩衝部材(35)の第1の緩衝面(40)が弁閉鎖部材(37)の第1の端 面(38)の部分領域(36)にわたって延びており、この部分領域が弁座体( 27)に形成された弁座(32)と少なくとも同じ大きさを有しており、これに より、緩衝部材(35)が電磁石(13)の無通電時に弁閉鎖ばね(49)及び 弁閉鎖部材(37)により弁座体(27)に圧着され、弁座体(27)に形成さ れた少なくとも1つの弁口(34)を閉鎖するように構成されていることを特徴 とする請求項1記載の弁。 3.弁閉鎖ばね(49)がマグネットコア(15)を少なくとも部分的に同軸的 に取り囲んでおり、かつ、緩衝部材(35)が第1の部分領域(36)を起点と して軸方向に、弁閉鎖部材(37)に設けた貫通孔(51)の制限壁(52)に 沿ってほぼ第2の端面(39まで延びていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の弁 。 4.弁閉鎖部材(37)に、1つの仮想円に沿って互いに均一間隔で配置された 3つの貫通孔(33)が形成されており、これらの貫通孔(33)は第1の端面 (38)から緩衝部材(35)によりそれぞれ軸方向に貫通されており、緩衝部 材(35)が弁閉鎖部材(37)の第2の端面(39)でそれぞれ弁閉鎖部材( 37)の外輪郭を越えて突出しており、かつそのところに貫通孔(33)の数に 対応して第2の緩衝面(41)の緩衝部分面を形成していることを特徴とする請 求項2記載の弁。 5.当接面(55)がマグネットコア(15)の端面(56)により形成されて いることを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載の弁。 6.当接面(55)がマグネットコア(15)に結合されたストッパ(54)に より形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載の弁。 7.ストッパ(54)が非磁性材料から製作されていることを特徴とする請求項 3記載の弁。 8.緩衝部材(35)がゴム状材料から成っており、このゴム状材料が加硫によ り弁閉鎖部材(37)に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の弁
