Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 1.ガス中の成分、殊に内燃機関の排気ガス中の成分を測定するための、測定セ ンサ用のヒータ装置であって、少くとも部分的に重なり合って配置された少くと も2つの加熱部材を備え、該加熱部材は少くとも1つの絶縁層によって電気的に 相互に絶縁されている形式のものにおいて、 一方の加熱部材から他方の加熱部材へ、絶縁層を貫いて位置する接触部(14, 15,16,17)が設けられていて、加熱部材(10,11,12,13)が 直列に相前後して接続されていることを特徴とするヒータ装置。
- 2.夫々1つの加熱導体路(20,21)とヒータ接続路(30,31)とを備 えた2つの加熱部材(10,11)が設けられており、また接触部(14)が、 第1加熱部材(10)の加熱導体路(20)の端部から第2加熱部材(11)の 加熱導体路(21)の端部へ通じていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のヒー タ装置。
- 3.2つよりも多い加熱部材(10,11,12,13)が設けら九ており、さ の内の外方に位置する2つの加熱部材(10,11)が夫々1つのヒータ接続路 (30,31)だけを有し、内方に位置する1つ又は複数の加熱部材(12,1 3)が夫々1つの加熱導体路(22,23)を有しており、また加熱導体路(2 2,23)の端部が、接触部(15,16,17)によって相互に接続されかっ ヒータ接続路(30,31)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載 のヒータ装置。
- 4.2つよりも多い加熱部材(10,11,12,13)が設けられており、そ の内の外方に位置する2つの加熱部材(10,11)が、夫々1つの加熱導体路 (20,21)とヒータ接続路(30,31)とを有し、内方に位置する1つ又 は複数の加熱部材(12,13)が1つの加熱導体路(22,23)を有してお り、また個々の加熱導体路(20,21,22,23)の端部が夫々接触部(1 5,16,17)によって接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のヒ ータ装置。
- 5.加熱部材(10,11,12,13)が層状の抵抗ヒータであることを特徴 とする、請求項1から4までのいづれか1項記載のヒータ装置。
- 6.加熱導体路(20,21,22,23)が、メアンダ状及び又はジグザグ状 に絶縁層の大きな面上を案内されていることを特徴とする、請求項5記載のヒー タ装置。
- 7.加熱導体路(20,21,22,23)が絶縁層の平面に対し夫々1つの内 方及び外方の加熱導体路区分を有し、かつ内方の加熱導体路区分が対応する外方 の加熱導体路区分よりも広幅に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載 のヒータ装置。
