- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.4個より多いアミノ酸残基を有し、ヘパリンまたは関連する硫化複合糖質に 対する高い親和性を有するペプチドであって、実質的に電荷のないことを特徴と する上記のペプチド。 2.4個より多いアミノ酸残基を有し、ヘパリンまたは関連する硫化複合糖質に 対する高い親和性を有するペプチドであって、107〜l05/モルの範囲のヘ パリン結合定数を有することを特徴とするペプチド。 3.配列−Trp−Ser−Xaa−Trpから成る請求項2記載のペプチド。 但し、Xaaは、Pro、Glu、Ala、HisおよびSerから成る群より 選択されるアミノ酸である。 4.−B1−B2−X−B3−または−B1−X−B2−Y−B3−から成る式 から選択される更なる配列を有する請求項3記載のペプチド。 但し、XおよびYはそれぞれいずれかのアミノ酸残基であり、B1、H2および B3はそれぞれLys、ArgおよびHisから成る群より選択されるものであ る、5.配列番号1(SEQ ID NO:1)、配列番号2(SEQ ID NO:2)、配列番号3(SEQID NO:3)、配列番号14(SEQ I D NO:14)および配列番号19(SEQ ID NO:19)から成る群 より選択される配列を有する請求項1記載のペプチド。 6.更に、アミノ末端N−アセチルおよびカルボキシ−末端アミドを有する請求 項2記載のペプチド。 7.治療に有効量の、請求項1記載のペプチドおよび医薬的に許容可能な賦形剤 または担体から成る医薬組成物。 8.治療に有効量の、請求項2記載のペプチドおよび医薬的に許容可能な賦形剤 または担体から成る医薬組成物。 9.ペプチドが、配列番号1(SEQ ID NO:1)、配列番号2(SEQ ID NO:2)、配列番号3(SEQ ID NO:3)、配列番号14( SEQ ID NO:14)および配列番号19(SEQ ID NO:19) から成る群より選択される配列を有するペプチドである請求項8記載の医薬組成 物。 10.ペプチドが適当な担体ポリマーまたはタンパク質と任意に接合し、該ペプ チド、または適当な担体ポリマーまたはタンパク質と接合したペプチドが、適当 な基質と結合している請求項2記載のペプチド。 11.ペプチドが、配列番号19(SEQ ID NO:19)による配列を有 するペプチドである請求項10記載の組成物。 12.対象物中のヘパリンまたは関連する硫化複合糖質と結合する方法であって 、該対象物を有効量の請求項1記載のペプチドで処理することを特徴とする方法 。 13.対象物中のヘパリンまたは関連する硫化複合糖質と結合する方法であって 、該対象物を有効量の請求項2記載のペプチドで処理することを特徴とする方法 。 14.ペプチドが、配列番号1(SEQ ID NO:1)、配列番号2(SE Q ID NO:2)、配列番号3(SEQ ID NO:3)、配列番号14 (SEQIDNO:14)および配列番号19(SEQIDNO:19)から成 る群より選択される配列を有するペプチドである請求項13記載の方法。 15.足場依存性細胞の付着および成長を促進する方法であって、請求項2記載 のペプチドを適当なポリマーまたはタンパク質と任意に接合し、該ペプチドまた は該接合ペプチドを適当な基質に結合し、該結合ペプチドまたは接合ペプチドを 立場依存性細胞、または複数の立場依存性細胞と接触させ、さらに 該基質および該細胞を、該細胞の成長に必要とされる栄養分の存在下にインキュ ベートすることを特徴とする方法。 16.ペプチドが配列番号19(SEQIDNO:19)による配列を有するペ プチドである請求項15記載の方法。
