(57)【要約】 （修正有） 【目的】 従来のねじ式クランプの操作難を解消し、ク
ランプの確実性を確保する。 【構成】 包持体１の一端に２ケ所の凹溝７を設けた包
着体３をピン４，５で枢着し包持体１の他端にはピンに
よって逆凹字型補助包持体２を枢着する。逆凹字型包持
体２には階段状の楔が挿入できる角窓９を設け、包着体
３に補助包持体２を被覆して、階段状の楔を圧入してパ
イプをクランプする。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】この考発明は、仮設足場、棚等の
鋼製パイプ等の連結に使用するクランプに関するもので
ある。

【従来の技術】従来一般に使用されているクランプは包
持体と包着体の一端を枢着し、包持体の他端に締めつけ
ボルトの基部を枢着し包着体の他端にＵ字状の凹溝を形
成し、この凹溝にボルトの先端部を嵌めボルトにナット
を螺合して締着する構造である。２本のパイプを直交ま
たは平行して組み立てる場合は包持体低部を互いに複数
のリベットでかしめて使用していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】従來の構造のものは包
着体の先端凹溝を形成するため断面欠損を生じ、また２
ケのクランプを固着使用する場合もリベットを使用して
いるため強度不足をもたらす場合があり、加工が複雑に
なる等の問題があった。
【０００４】以上の問題を解決するため発明者は先に実
公昭５７−１８５０７号公報に示されるクランプを開発
しているが、この発明は更にこれを改良しボルト挿通孔
を設けないで階段状の楔で包着体を圧締しかつ寸法の異
なるパイプにも適用し得る構造を工夫したものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】この発明のクランプの要
旨とする構成は抱持体１と抱着体３の一端を枢着し、抱
持体１の他端に逆凹字型の補助抱持体２の両基部を枢着
し、補助抱持体２の先端に階段状の楔８を挿入するよう
な角丸窓９を設け、包持体１と包着体３にパイプを抱い
た状態で、前記補助包持体２を包着体３の上部に被覆
し、包着体３に設けた凹溝６及び７と補助包持体２に設
けた角丸窓９の中に階段状の楔８を打ち込み、包持体
１、包着体３、補助包持体２でパイプを圧着保持するよ
うになっている。この時階段状の楔８の階段は補助包持
体２の受けの部分で一様に当接する側と受けの部分で階
段の半分が当接するように、位相を変えておき、楔８が
緩んで脱落するのを防止する。

【実施例】図２に太いパイプの場合図３に細いパイプの
場合の実施例の正面図を示している。太いパイプの場合
は楔８を打ち込む包着体３の凹溝は６を利用する。この
クランプは包持体１と包着体４の一端がピン４によて枢
着されている。包持体１の他端に逆凹字型の補助包持体
２の両基部がピン５によって枢着され、また補助包持体
２の先端には、楔８を圧入するための角丸窓部９を設け
る。パイプを圧着保持する場合は包持体１と包着体３に
抱え込んだパイプを補助包持体２で上から被覆し前記凹
型溝６及び７と補助包持体２に予め設けた角丸窓９に階
段状の楔８を圧入する。この時階段状の楔８は補助包持
体２の一方では補助包持体２の受け座に全面接触し、他
方の受け座は階段の半分が当接するよう位相を変えて楔
の脱落防止に対処している。

【０００８】。２本のパイプを直交または平行して組み
立てる場合は一方のクランプの包持体１の低部角窓に他
方の２ケの突起を挿入し該突起をかしめ固着して使用す
る。また角窓のかわりに丸窓としてパイプを斜交させて
使用することも、包持体１に種々の連結金具を取り付け
る場合もある。このクランプは断面円形パイプの場合は
円弧状の包持体、包着体を形成し断面角形のパイプで
は、包持体、包着体を角形で形成する。

【発明の効果】この発明は以上の構成からなり補助包持
体を設け、該補助包持体の先端に階段状の楔を挿入する
角丸窓９を設け、該補助包持体を包着体に被覆して包着
体に予め設けた凹溝６及び７と前記補助包持体の角丸窓
９に楔を圧入して、パイプを保持するもので、従来のク
ランプに比較して操作が極めて簡便でかつ階段状の楔を
用いているのでパイプの保持が確実に行われる。

  1. 【請求項１】抱持体１と抱着体３の一端を枢着し、抱持
    体１の他端に逆凹字型の補助抱持体２の両基部を枢着
    し、補助抱持体２の先端に角丸窓９を形成し、包着体３
    の包持体１と枢着していない側に、２本の凹溝６及び７
    を設け、前記補助包持体２に設けた角丸窓９と、該凹溝
    ６及び７に階段状の面を持った楔８を挿入し、該階段状
    の楔８は補助包持体２の受けの部分で、全面当接する階
    段側と受けの部分で階段の半分が当接するように、位相
    を異にするようにしてなることを特徴とする楔式クラン
    プ。
