Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 a.産業上の利用分野 この考案は、取り付け穴の形成された被取り付け部に取
り付け部を係止する係止装置に関するものである。
b.従来の技術 第６図はパネルに表示板を取り付ける係止装置を示す第
１の従来例を示す分解斜視図、第７図は第６図の側断面
図であり、取り付け部である表示板１の裏面には樹脂製
の足部２が一対設けられている。両足部２の先端にはそ
れぞれ爪部３が形成されている。
被取り付け部であるパネル４には取り付け穴５が形成さ
れている。取り付け穴５の辺部には折曲部６が設けられ
ている。
そしてパネル４に表示板１を取り付ける場合には、取り
付け穴５に足部２を弾性変形して挿入し折曲部６に爪部
３を係止すればよい。
第８図および第９図は第２の従来例を示すもので、表示
板１の裏面に爪部７を直接設け、取り付け穴５に爪部７
を直接係止する。
第10図および第11図は第３の従来例を示すもので、箱体
８の側面にスリット９が形成されている。スリット９で
挟まれた箱体８の側部には爪部10が設けられており、ス
リット９で挟まれた弾性部11が弾性変形して取り付け穴
５に爪部10が係止する。
c.考案が解決しようとする課題 上記のように構成された従来の係止装置においては、第
１の従来例の場合にはパネル４に折曲部６をわざわざ設
けなければならないという問題点があった。
また、第２の従来例の場合には爪部７が表示板１に直接
取り付けられており、爪部７の弾性変形が小さく、パネ
ル４に表示板１を取り付けにくいという問題点があっ
た。
また、第３の従来例の場合にはパネル４に箱体８を取り
付けたときにスリット９が露出しており、美観が悪いと
いう問題点があった。
この考案は、かかる問題点を解決するためになされたも
ので、加工工数が少なく、かつ簡単に係脱ができる係止
装置を得ることを目的とする。
d.課題を解決するための手段 この考案に係る係止装置は、取り付け部の片面に前記片
面と間隔をおいて取り付けられ前記片面に沿って弓形状
に弾性変形する弾性部と、この弾性部の端部に設けられ
前記取り付け穴に直接係止される爪部とを備えたもので
ある。
e.作用 この考案においては、取り付け穴に爪部を直接係止する
ときには、弾性部は取り付け部の面に沿って弓形状に弾
性変形する。
f.実施例 以下、この考案の実施例を図について説明する。第１図
および第２図はこの考案の第１の実施例を示すもので、
第６図ないし第11図と同一または相当部分は同一符号を
付し、その説明は省略する。
取り付け部である平板状の表示板１の裏面には「Ｔ字
状」の弾性部20が、弾性部20と表示板１との間で空隙を
形状して一対取り付けられている。樹脂製の弾性部20の
両側には爪21が設けられており、この弾性部20が矢印Ａ
方向に弓形状に弾性変形して、パネル４に表示板１が取
り付けられる。
第３図および第４図はこの発明の第２の実施例を示すも
ので、弾性部20が表示板１の裏面の一方に裏面と一定の
間隔をおいて取り付けられ、その他方に断面「Ｌ字状」
の係止部22が、取り付けられている。このものの場合に
は、まず係止部22を取り付け穴５に係止し、その後弾性
部20を矢印Ｂ方向に表示板１の裏面に沿って弓形状に弾
性変形してパネル４に表示板１を取り付ければよい。
第５図はこの考案の第３の実施例を示すもので、このも
のの場合には、取り付け部である表示板１の裏面に「Ｌ
字状」の弾性部23が取り付けられている。
なお、上記実施例はいずれも樹脂製の弾性部20,23につ
いて説明したが、この材質については弾性を有するもの
であればよい。
g.考案の効果 以上説明したように、この考案の係止装置は、取り付け
部の片面に沿って弾性部が弓形状に弾性変形して取り付
け穴に爪部が係止するようになっているので、加工工数
が少なく、かつ取り付け部と被取り付け部とが簡単に係
脱することができるという効果がある。また、取り付け
部に沿って弾性部は弾性変形するようになっており、取
り付け部は嵩なくてすむという効果もある。

性部、21は爪部である。 なお、各図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

  1. 【請求項１】取り付け穴の形成された平板状の被取り付
    け部に平板状の取り付け部を係止する係止装置におい
    て、前記取り付け部の片面に前記片面と間隔をおいて取
    り付けられ前記片面に沿って弓形状に弾性変形する弾性
    部と、この弾性部の端部に設けられ前記取り付け穴に直
    接係止される爪部とを備えたことを特徴とする係止装
    置。
