【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】この考案は、背の高い外柵におい
て有用なものである。

【従来の技術】格子体を上下多段状に配設し、上下格子
体の間に固定金具を介在して、上下格子体を定着させた
フェンスが、実開昭60−117959号公報に記載されてい
る。
【０００３】
【考案が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、従来知
られていたこの種のフェンスは、上下の格子体が直かに
接する位置の側面に一対の帯板を当接し、両帯板をねじ
によって固定した構造であるため、帯板のねじ部に集中
的な応力が生じて帯板に変形が生じたり、ねじ部が露呈
しているので雨水によって早期のうちに腐食し、美観が
損なわれる難点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】本考案者等は、このよう
な事情に鑑み鋭意検討を重ねた結果、格子体を上下に多
段状として配設し、上下格子体の間に固定金具を介在し
て、上下格子体を支柱に定着させるフェンス固定装置に
おいて、本体部の内方側に上下対状としたガイド溝を形
成し、本体部のガイド溝の外側に目隠し壁を形成し、且
つ本体部の外側端から上下方向に係止縁を突出させた固
定金具を用い、格子体を固定金具の本体部と係止縁の間
に係合し、支柱の取付ボルトを対状ガイド溝の間に嵌め
合させたねじ金具に螺着させることによって、所期の目
的を達成したものである。
【０００５】本案の実施に当たっては、アルミニウム成
型材からなる固定金具を使用すべきであり、また固定金
具における目隠し壁をガイド溝を形成する部材を兼ねて
造る場合には、その中間部を外方に屈曲させて取付ボル
トとの接触を避けるべきである。

【実施例】図面は本案装置の一例を示すものであり、ア
ルミニウム成型材からなる固定金具１は、本体部の内方
側に上下対状としたガイド溝２、２が形成され、目隠し
壁３がその中間部を外方に屈曲させてガイド溝２、２を
形成する部材と一体的に造られ、係止縁４、４が本体部
の外側端から上下方向にそれぞれ直角に突出して設けら
れている。
【０００７】図中５は中空状支柱であり、これに挿し込
まれた取付ボルト６を固定金具１のガイド溝２、２内で
左右方向に移動自在に嵌合されたねじ金具７に螺着して
仮止し、固定金具１の本体部と上下係止縁４、４の間
に、格子体８、８の胴縁９、９をそれぞれ挿嵌したの
ち、取付ボルト６とねじ金具７を堅固に螺着したもので
ある。図中10は補強リブを示す。

【考案の効果】本案装置によれば、固定金具の本体部と
本体部の外側端から上下方向に突出させた係止縁の間に
上下の格子体を係止し、固定金具の内方側に形成された
ガイド溝にねじ金具を嵌合し、これに支柱の取付ボルト
を螺着しているため、その組立作業を著しく簡素化する
ことができ、上下格子体に負荷される固定力は係止縁に
よって均等に分散した状態で伝達され、固定金具等が変
形を伴うことなく堅固に定着される。
【０００９】また本案によれば、ねじ類のほとんどの部
分が本体部に格納され且つ固定金具の本体部におけるガ
イド溝の外側に目隠し壁を設けているので、雨水による
ねじ部材の腐食が回避されるとともに、これらが露出し
ないため極めて美観に富むものである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 格子体を上下に多段状として配設し、上
    下格子体の間に固定金具を介在して、上下格子体を支柱
    に定着させるフェンス固定装置において、本体部の内方
    側に上下対状としたガイド溝を形成し、本体部のガイド
    溝の外側に目隠し壁を形成し、且つ本体部の外側端から
    上下方向に係止縁を突出させた固定金具を用い、格子体
    を固定金具の本体部と係止縁の間に係合し、支柱の取付
    ボルトを対状ガイド溝の間に嵌め合させたねじ金具に螺
    着したことを特徴とするフェンス固定装置。
