Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 本考案はパン製造器や電子レンジにより食パンを作るた
めのベーカリー用加熱容器に関するものである。
〈従来の技術〉 従来のベーカリー用加熱容器は、焼き上がった食パンを
例えば角型（プルマン型）にするものには、ベーカリー
用加熱容器の上面開口を閉塞する専用の蓋が備えつけら
れていた。
そして、食パンを作るときの材料の混練工程と発酵工程
では蓋を取り外して夫々の工程を行ない、焼成時には蓋
をベーカリー用加熱容器に取り付けて行ない角型の食パ
ンを焼き上げていた。
〈考案が解決しようとする課題〉 上記のような構成のベーカリー用加熱容器であれば、焼
き上がった角型の食パンを均等の厚さに切るのに、該食
パンには何ら目安となるものがなく目分量で切っていた
ため、均等に切ることができず、夫々の厚さが異なって
しまうという問題点があった。
本考案は上記のような問題点を除去したベーカリー用加
熱容器を提供することを目的とするものである。
〈課題を解決するための手段〉 上記のような問題点を解消するために本考案のベーカリ
ー用加熱容器は、パン製造器や電子レンジにより食パン
を作るために、該パン製造器や電子レンジ内に収納さ
れ、パンを作る材料の混練，発酵，焼成を行う上面開口
を閉塞する蓋を備え、上記蓋にパンを作る材料の混練，
発酵を行うときに当該材料から生じるガスや水分を逃が
すための複数個の孔を食パンを均等の厚さに切るための
印となるよう等間隔をあけて設けている。
〈作用〉 上記のような構成のベーカリー用加熱容器は、ベーカリ
ー用加熱容器内にパンを作るための材料を入れ蓋を取り
付けて混練，発酵を行った時に発生するガスや水分は蓋
の孔から容器の外へ逃がされ、発酵後に材料を焼成して
食パンを作る。
そして、食パンが焼き上がると当該食パンに上記蓋の孔
により印となる焼目ができ、この焼目を目印として食パ
ンを均等の厚さに切る。
〈実施例〉 本考案のベーカリー用加熱容器の一実施例を第１図及び
第２図とともに説明する。
本考案のパン製造器や電子レンジに使用されるベーカリ
ー用加熱容器は第１図及び第２図に示すように、パンを
作るためのベーカリー用加熱容器１は角型の食パンを作
るための蓋２を備え、該蓋２にはパンを作るための材料
の混練，発酵を行なう際に発生するガス，水分等を逃す
ための孔３を設けている。
この孔３は角型（プルマン型）の食パンが焼き上がった
際に、該食パンを均等の厚さに例えば６枚に切るため
に、上記蓋２の一辺を６等分するように縦横に５列づつ
設けている。
尚、上記ベーカリー用加熱容器１にはパンの材料の小麦
粉，バター，水等を計量するための目盛４を設けてい
る。
上記ベーカリー用加熱容器１に小麦粉，バター，水等の
材料を入れてパンの製造工程を開始すると、混練工程，
発酵工程と随時進行していき、この工程の途中で発生し
たガス，水分等を蓋２の孔３から上記ベーカリー用加熱
容器１内から外へ逃す。
上記工程終了後、焼成工程へ移り角型の食パンを焼き上
げるが、該食パンの表面に上記蓋２の孔３の跡が焼目と
してつき、この孔３の焼目に沿って食パンを切ることに
より食パンの厚さを均等に切ることができる。
また、上記一実施例においては角型の食パンを均等の厚
さに切るための印としての焼目をつける焼付部として上
記孔３を蓋２に設けているが、第３図に示すような線状
の切込部５やこのような切込部５のかわりに蓋２の裏面
に溝や突部を設けてもよい。
更に、角型の食パンだけでなく、丸型の食パンを放射状
に均等に切れるように焼目を付ける焼付部を設けてもよ
い。
〈考案の効果〉 本考案のベーカリー用加熱容器は上記のような構成であ
るから、加熱容器で混練，発酵，焼成した食パンを孔に
より形成された焼目を目印として均等な厚さに正確且つ
簡単に切ることができ、しかも、食パンを切るための印
を付けるために加熱容器に追加の加工を必要とせず、混
練，発酵時に材料より生じるガスや水分を逃がす孔を利
用することができ、簡単な構成で食パンを均等な厚さに
切るための印を付けることができる。

第１図は本考案のベーカリー用加熱容器の一実施例を示
す断面図、第２図は第１図の蓋の拡大斜視図、第３図は
本考案のベーカリー用加熱容器の他の実施例の蓋の拡大
斜視図である。 図中、1:ベーカリー用加熱容器、2:蓋、3:孔、5:切込
部。

  1. 【請求項１】パン製造器や電子レンジにより食パンを作
    るために、該パン製造器や電子レンジ内に収納され、パ
    ンを作る材料の混練，発酵，焼成を行う上面開口を閉塞
    する蓋を有したベーカリー用加熱容器において、 上記蓋にパンを作る材料の混練，発酵を行うときに当該
    材料から生じるガスや水分を逃がすための複数個の孔を
    食パンを均等の厚さに切るための印となるよう等間隔を
    あけて設けたことを特徴とするベーカリー用加熱容器。
