Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この考案は、厚型壁材の不陸調整を行なうスペーサに関
する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来、セメントもしくは石綿のような無機質原料を用い
た厚型壁材を用いて建物の外壁を構築する場合、第３図
のように壁下地側に配設さたライナー２を、壁材１と該
壁材背面にボルト４で取り付けたイナズマ金物３との間
に挟みつけ、壁材１を壁下地側に引き付けて貼り付ける
ことが行なわれるが、その際壁下地側に不陸があって、
これが壁材１の不陸の原因となるときは、壁材１とイナ
ズマ金物３との間にプレート状のスペーサ５を差し込む
ことで不陸調整に対処していた。
〔従来技術の問題点〕
ところが、上記スペーサ５はこれに開設されている長溝
６にボルト４を単に嵌合させる状態となるので、手を放
せば簡単に脱落するから、ボルト締めはスペーサ５を支
えた状態で行なわねばならず作業性が悪い問題があっ
た。
〔考案が解決しようとする課題〕
この考案は上記問題点に鑑み、不陸調整の際、厚型壁材
とイナズマ金物との間に差し込んだスペーサを手で支え
ることなくボルト締めができるスペーサの提供を目的と
してなされたものである。
〔課題を解決するに至った技術〕
すなわち、この考案のスペーサは、プレート状のスペー
サ本体に、その一端縁から中央部にかけて略Ｌ字状の長
溝が開設され、プレート中央に位置する長溝内奥の折曲
部がボルトの係合用通し穴とされてなることを特徴とす
る。
〔実施例〕
次に、この考案の実施例を説明する。
第１図はこの考案の実施例の正面図、第２図は実施例の
使用状態図である。
この考案のスペーサ11は、薄厚金属製のプレート本体12
に上端部からプレート中央にかけて略Ｌ字状の長溝13が
開設され、プレート中央に位置する長溝内奥の折曲部が
ボルトの係合用通し穴14とされている。
〔作用〕
この考案のスペーサ11は、厚型壁材１とイナズマ金物３
との間に差し込み、かつ該スペーサ11の長溝13にボルト
４を嵌め合わせたのち、係止用通し穴14に係合させれ
ば、これによりスペーサ11がボルト４に支持されること
になるから、該スペーサから手を放した状態でボルト締
めを行ない、ライナー２を壁材１とイナズマ金物３との
間に挟みつけて壁材１を壁下地に留め付けることができ
る。
〔効果〕
この考案は以上のように構成されているから、不陸調整
を伴う厚型壁材の留め付けが不陸調整用のスペーサを支
えることなく実行できるので、壁材留め付け施工の作業
性が向上する。

  1. 【請求項１】プレート状のスペーサ本体に、その一端縁
    から中央部にかけて略Ｌ字状の長溝が開設され、プレー
    ト中央に位置する長溝内奥の折曲部がボルトの係合用通
    し穴とされてなることを特徴とするスペーサ。
