(57)【要約】 【目的】 ホースを切り売りする時、必要な長さを切り
取るときの切断すべき位置が簡単に解るようにすると同
時に、販売総量と残量を一目で解るようにし、販売量管
理、残量管理を容易にすることである。 【構成】 ホースに、単位長さごとに、先端からの長さ
目盛りと、残量長さ目盛りとを表示する。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、必要分だけ切り取って販売する長巻きのホースに関するものである 。

【従来の技術】
従来、元巻きロールから、必要長さ分だけ、切り売りするようなホースには、 図４に示すように、残量長さ目盛りｂが表示がされていて、残量が解るようにな ったものがあった。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
そして、このようなホースを必要な長さだけ切り取る場合には、現在の残量目 盛りｂ1 の値から、必要な長さの値を引いて、その値の残量長さ目盛りｂx の手 前の切断部３で、ホースを切断すればよい。 しかし、人は、足し算よりも引き算は苦手で、また、必要な長さは、まちまち なので、残量との差を求める計算は、必ずしも簡単ではない。 また、売り上げ管理のために、販売総量を管理する必要があるが、この販売総 量を管理するためには、毎回の販売量を記録して、総和を求めるか、あるいは、 元巻きの全長から残量を引く計算をしなければならなかった。 そこで、この考案の目的は、必要な長さを切り取るときの切断すべき位置が簡 単に解るようにすると同時に、販売総量と残量を一目で解るようにし、販売量管 理、残量管理を容易にすることである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案のホースは、単位長さごとに、先端からの長さ目盛りと、残量長さ目盛 りとを表示したことを特徴とする。

【作用】 この考案のホースには、先端からの長さと、残量長さの両方が、単位長さごと に、表示されている。そこで、必要な長さを切り分ける場合は、先端からの長さ 目盛りを利用する。現在の先端からの長さ目盛りに必要な長さ分を加えて、その 和の目盛り位置を切断すればよい。この場合は、足し算だけで良いので、簡単で ある。 そして、そこの位置にある先端から長さ目盛り値がこれまでの販売総量で、残 量長さ目盛り値が、残量である。

【実施例】
図２に示す第１実施例は、１（ｍ）ごとに、両端からの長さ目盛り値を付けた もので、図１に示すように、元巻きロール１に巻かれているものである。そして 、先端からの長さ目盛り値ａと、残量長さ目盛り値ｂをほぼ同じ場所に付けてあ る。ここでは、図のように目盛り値を囲んだ二等辺三角形の頂点の向きで、先端 からの長さ目盛り値ａと、残量長さ目盛り値ｂを区別している。 次に、Ｘ（ｍ）だけ、切り取って販売する場合について、説明する。 初期状態は、ホースの先頭に先端からの長さ目盛り値ａ1 、残量長さ目盛りｂ 1 があり、そこから１（ｍ）間隔ごとに、ａ2 とｂ2 、ａ3 とｂ3 、．．．と表 示してある。この状態では、それまでの販売総量は、ａ1 （ｍ）あり、残量は、 ｂ1 （ｍ）である。 まず、先端からの長さ目盛りａに着目し、先頭のａ1 に必要な長さＸを加える 。ａx ＝ａ1 ＋Ｘを計算して、長さ目盛り値ａx の位置で切断して販売する。こ のとき、目盛り値ａx とｂx の手前を切断位置３とすれば、目盛りが元巻きロー ル１の方に残る。その結果、これまでの販売総量は、ａx （ｍ）、残量は、ｂx （ｍ）であることが、一目で解る。ただし、ｂx ＝ｂ1 −Ｘである。
【０００７】 図３に示す第２実施例は、先端からの長さ目盛り値ａと、残量長さ目盛り値ｂ の位置を区別する二等辺三角形の配置が違う他は、第１実施例と同様である。 そこで、Ｘ（ｍ）だけ切り売りする場合には、長さの目盛りａx とｂx の手前 の切断位置３で切断する。このとき、長さ目盛り値ａと長さ目盛り値ｂを区別す る二等辺三角形の底辺に沿って真直に切断することができる。 なお、図３中のマーク４は、各長さ表示ａまたはｂから、０．５（ｍ）の位置 に、付けたマークであり、０．５（ｍ）単位で販売するときに便利である。

この考案のホースによれば、必要な長さを切り取るときの切断すべき位置が簡 単に解るようになると同時に、販売総量と残量が一目で解り、販売量管理、残量 管理が容易になる。
