Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.水性サイズ組成物であって、実質的に:ブロックトイソシアネートを含むポ リウレタン/イソシアネートエマルジョン;アクリル酸モノマーのホモポリマー ; 1種以上のアミノ有機シランカップリング剤;及び水 からなるサイズ組成物。 2.ポリウレタン/イソシアネート分散液がブロックトイソシアネートを含む脂 肪族ポリウレタンエマルジョンを含む請求項1記載のサイズ組成物。 3.ポリウレタン/イソシアネート分散液が、有機イソシアネート又はポリイソ シアネートとポリヒドロキシル化有機化合物又はヒドロキシル末端ポリエーテル 又はポリエステルポリマーとの反応により生成されたポリウレタンポリマーの水 溶液を含むブロックト又は非ブロックトポリウレタン樹脂の水性エマルジョンを 含む請求項1記載のサイズ組成物。 4.ポリウレタン/イソシアネート分散液が、乳白色の外観、固形分60%、粒 子アニオン電荷、25℃におけるpH8.0及び25℃ブルックフィールドRV Tの粘度150cpsを有するカプロラクタムブロックトイソシアネートを含む 枝分かれの少ないアニオン脂肪族ポリエステルベースのポリウレタンエマルジョ ンを含む請求項1記載のサイズ組成物。 5.ポリウレタン/イソシアネート分散液が、ポリエステルポリオールと1,1 −メチレンビス(イソシアネートシクロヘキサン)に基づく高分子量枝分かれポ リウレタンポリマーの水性分散液を含み、ポリマー鎖のいくらかがブロックトイ ソシアネート基で停止されている請求項1記載のサイズ組成物。 6.ポリウレタン/イソシアネート分散液が、乳白色の外観、固形分40%、2 5℃におけるpH約8−9及び25℃ブルックフィールドRVTの粘度約200 −250cpsを有するブロックトイソシアネートを含む脂肪族ポリウレタンの エマルジョンを含む請求項1記載のサイズ組成物。 7.ポリウレタン/イソシアネート分散液が、ポリウレタン及びブタノンオキシ ムでブロックされた3−イソシアネートメチル−3,5,5−トリメチルシクロ ヘキシルイソシアネートの三量体を含む請求項1記載のサイズ組成物。 8.アクリル酸モノマーが下記式を有する請求項1記載のサイズ組成物:▲数式 、化学式、表等があります▼ 式中、Xは水素原子又はメチルもしくは1〜10個の炭素原子を有するアルキル 基である。 9.ポリビニルピロリドンを含む請求項1記載のサイズ組成物。 10.アクリル酸ポリマーが約750〜約10×106の分子量を有する請求項 1記載のサイズ組成物。 11.分子量が2000〜75,000の範囲にある請求項10記載のサイズ組 成物。 12.分子量が2000〜5000の範囲にある請求項10記載のサイズ組成物 。 13.アクリル酸モノマーが下記式を有する請求項1記載のサイズ組成物。 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ 14.アクリル酸ポリマーがアルカリ金属塩又はアンモニウム塩である請求項1 記載のサイズ組成物。 15.アクリル酸ポリマーが任意の第一級、第二級又は第三級アミンの塩である 請求項1記載のサイズ組成物。 16.アクリル酸ポリマーが水酸化アンモニウムの塩である請求項1記載のサイ ズ組成物。 17.アミノシランがγ−アミノプロピルトリエトキシシランである請求項1記 載のサイズ組成物。 18.下記組成を有する請求項1記載のサイズ組成物。 部/固形分100部ポリウレタン /イソシアネートエマルジョン 5〜80アクリル酸ホモポリマー 20〜90水酸化アンモニウム pH3以上ま でアミノシラン 5〜50水 適量19.ポリビニルピロリドンを含む請求項18記載 のサイズ組成物。 20.下記組成を有する請求項1記載のサイズ組成物。 部/固形分100部ポリウレタン /イソシアネートエマルジョン 20〜60アクリル酸ホモポリマー 30〜70水酸化アンモニウム pH3以上 までアミノシラン 5〜25水 適量21.ポリビニルピロリドンを含む請求項20記 載のサイズ組成物。 22.請求項1記載の水性サイズ組成物でサイズ処理されたガラス繊維。 23.請求項22記載のガラス繊維で強化された熱可塑性樹脂。 24.請求項22記載のガラス繊維で強化されたポリアミド樹脂。 25.請求項22記載のガラス繊維で強化されたナイロン樹脂。
