Abstract
Description
Claims (34)
- 1.繊維に応力を加えて繊維相互との関連で新たな安定な位置にシフトさせるた めに用いられるミネラルウールマット(1、16、22)の処理助剤であって、 この処理助剤がチキソトロピー剤を含むことを特徴とする処理助剤。
- 2.処理助剤の静粘度が100,000cP以上、特に500,000cP以上 である請求の範囲1記載の処理助剤。
- 3.チキソトロピー剤が無機質のものである請求の範囲1または2記載の処理助 剤。
- 4.チキソトロピー剤が処理助剤総量に対し5ないし50重量%(乾燥)の割合 で含まれている請求の範囲3記載の処理助剤。
- 5.チキソトロピー剤が熱分解法により作られた酸化物、特に熱分解法シリカで ある請求の範囲3または4記載の処理助剤。
- 6.熱分解法シリカが処理助剤総量に対し5ないし30、好ましくは10ないし 20、特に好ましくは10ないし15重量%(乾燥)の割合で含まれている請求 の範囲5記載の処理助剤。
- 7.チキソトロピー剤がモンモリロナイト含有粘土、特にベントナイトである請 求の範囲3または4記載の処理助剤。
- 8.1つの基本成分として、定常粘度が1,000cP未満の脂肪酸ポリグリコ ールエーテル(Leomin OR)を含んでいる請求の範囲1ないし7のいず れかに記載の処理助剤。
- 9.請求の範囲1ないし8のいずれかの処理助剤を用いて作られたニードルフェ ルト。
- 10.ニードリング助剤としての該処理助剤をニードルフェルト(1)の総重量 に対し0.4重量%以下、好ましくは0.2重量%以下(乾燥)の割合で用いて 作られた請求の範囲9記載のニードルフェルト。
- 11.鉱物質繊維、特にロックウール繊維のランダムな配向物と、ニードリング により鉱物質繊維に混合、分散されたより柔軟な繊維、特に長さ20mm以上の 織物グラス繊維とを含むニードルフェルトであって、該フェルトがニードリング 助剤としてチキソトロピー剤を含む処理助剤を用いて作られたものであるニード ルフェルト。
- 12.ニードリング助剤としての該処理助剤をニードルフェルト(1)の総重量 に対し0.4重量%以下、好ましくは0.2重量%以下(乾燥)の割合で用いて 作られた請求の範囲11記載のニードルフェルト。
- 13.ニードリング助剤としての核処理助剤をニードルフェルト(1)の総重量 に対し0.01ないし0.1重量%、好ましくは0.02ないし0.05重量% 、より好ましくは約0.03重量%(乾燥)の割合で用いて作られた請求の範囲 12記載のニードルフェルト。
- 14.該フェルト内に配合された、より柔軟な繊維が少なくとも均一状態に分散 されている請求の範囲11ないし13のいずれかに記載のニードルフエルト。
- 15.より柔軟な繊維がベース層の王面上の外側層(25)に配合されている請 求の範囲11ないし13のいずれかに記載のニードルフェルト。
- 16.より柔軟な繊維が、ニードルフェルトの総重量に対し5重量%未満の割合 で配合された織物グラスフィラメントである請求の範囲11ないし15のいずれ かに記載のニードルフェルト。
- 17.織物グラスフィラメントがマルチフィラメントロービングから得られたも のである請求の範囲16記載のニードルフェルト。
- 18.層状マット(16)の表面にほぼ平行に堆積された層状マット〔16)の 繊維の多くが長手方向の応力により縮れマット(22)の主面に対し直交する位 置にシフトされた縮れミネラルウール製品であって、この縮れマットが請求の範 囲1ないし8のいずれかに記載の処理助剤を用いて作られていることを特徴とす る縮れミネラルウール製品。
- 19.該処理助剤を該マットの総重量に対し0.4重量%以下、好ましくは0. 2重量%以下(乾燥)の割合で用いて作られた請求の範囲18記載の縮れミネラ ルウール製品。
- 20.請求の範囲1ないし8のいずれかに記載のニードルフェルトの製造方法で あって、ニードリング助剤および好ましくはより柔軟な繊維、特に織物グラスフ ィラメントをミネラルファイバーのマットに添加し、ついでニードリングを行う ことからなり、このニードリング助剤にチキソトロピー剤を添加することを特徴 とする方法。
- 21.織物グラスフィラメントがマルチフィラメントロービングを分離したもの から得られたものである請求の範囲20記載の方法。
- 22.チキソトロピー剤をマルチフィラメントロービングに用いられたサイジン グ剤に添加することを特徴とする請求の範囲21記載の方法。
- 23.ニードルフェルト(1)の総重量に対し5重量%未満(乾燥)の割合で織 物グラスフィラメントを配合する請求の範囲20ないし22のいずれかに記載の 方法。
- 24.織物グラスフィラメントを繊維化装置(11)の下方のシュート(13) に添加することを特徴とする請求の範囲20ないし23のいずれかに記載の方法 。
- 25.縮れ処理により形成されたところのマット主面に対し鋭角で配向された繊 維を備えたミネラルウール製品の製造方法であって、該繊維が少なくとも1つの 繊維化装置(11)で作られ、バインダーが与えられ、生産ライン(14)上の 層状マット(16)の形態に堆積され、その後、バインダーが硬化する前に生産 ラインの主面と平行でその走行方向の応力を該マットに導入することにより縮れ 処理を行う工程からなり、この縮れ処理の前に該繊維に、チキソトロピー剤が添 加された処理助剤を施すことを特徴とする方法。
- 26.バインダーが固化する前にバインダーの作用を取って代るような量の処理 助剤を与える請求の範囲25に記載の方法。
- 27.該処理助剤を該マット(16)の総重量に対し0.4重量%以下、好まし くは0.2重量%以下(乾燥)の割合で添加することを特徴とする請求の範囲2 6に記載の方法。
- 28.縮れマット(22)を、固化する前にその表面の少なくとも1つにニード リング操作を施すことを特徴とする請求の範囲25ないし27に記載の方法。
- 29.ニードリング操作の前に、縮れマット(22)に外側層(25)を付与す ることを特徴とする請求の範囲28に記載の方法。
- 30.外側層(25)がバインダーを含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲29に記 載の方法。
- 31.外側層(25)がチキソトロピー剤を好ましくは含むニードリング助剤を 含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲29に記載の方法。
- 32.外側層(25)が、織物繊維フィラメント、好ましくは例えば20mmを 超える長さのロービングの形で切断されたグラスストランドを含むことを特徴と する請求の範囲29ないし31のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 33.ミネラルウールニードルフェルトのためのニードリング助剤を製造するた めのチキソトロピー剤の使用。
- 34.縮れミネラルウールマットのための処理助剤を製造するためのチキソトロ ピー剤の使用。
