Claims (9)
- 1.a)格子状に配置された、互いにウェブによって分離された穿孔を有する板 状物体およびb)穿孔の片側を閉鎖している、液体に対して透過性であるが、し かし細胞に対しては非透過性である底面からなる細胞培養のための支持体におい て、c)穿孔の内径が50μm〜1000μmの範囲内にあることを特徴とする 、細胞培養のための支持体。
- 2.穿孔の内径が150μm〜400μmの範囲内にある、請求項1記載の支持 体。
- 3.生理学的細胞培養のための穿孔の深さが50μm〜300μmの範囲内にあ る、請求項1または2に記載の支持体。
- 4.非生理学的細胞培養のための穿孔の深さが300μm〜1000μmの範囲 内にある、請求項1または2に記載の支持体。
- 5.板状の物体の自由で底面によって覆われていない側のウェブの幅が15μm 〜115μmの範囲内にある、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の支持 体。
- 6.底面が壁によって互いに分離された開口を有する格子である、請求項1から 5までのいずれか1項に記数の支持体。
- 7.格子の壁が最大で20μmの厚さであり、かつ開口が最大で5μmの内径を 有する、請求項6記載の支持体。
- 8.作用物質として透過性の材料を使用する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1 項に記載の支持体。
- 9.支持体が顕微鏡用の載せガラス内に組み込まれている、請求項8記載の支持 体。
