Claims (27)

- 3.ポリマーマトリックスがテトラフルオロエチレンとフッ素化コモノマーのコ ポリマーである請求の範囲第2項に記載の被覆基材。
- 4.導電性フィラー粒子が炭素と金属からなる等級より選択された請求の範囲第 1項に記載の被覆基材。
- 5.炭素粒子がアセチレンブラックの粒子である請求の範囲第4項に記載の被覆 基材。
- 6.導電性フィラー粒子が炭素と金属からなる等級より選択された請求の範囲第 2項に記載の被覆基材。
- 7.フィラー粒子がアセチレンブラックの粒子である請求の範囲第6項に記載の 被覆基材。
- 8.導電性フィラー粒子が炭素と金属からなる等級より選択された請求の範囲第 3項に記載の被覆基材。
- 9.フィラー粒子がアセチレンブラックの粒子である請求の範囲第8項に記載の 被覆基材。
- 10.導電性フィラー粒子をその中に有する熱可塑性ポリマーマトリックスを含 む導電性の層で少なくとも1つの表面を被覆した充填剤入りポリテトラフルオロ エチレンの多孔質導電性基材。
- 11.ポリマーマトリックスがフルオロポリマーである請求の範囲第10項に記 載の被覆基材。
- 12.ポリマーマトリックスがテトラフルオロエチレンとフッ素化コモノマーの コポリマーである請求の範囲第11項に記載の被覆基材。
- 13.導電性フィラー粒子が炭素と金属からなる等級より選択された請求の範囲 第10項に記載の被覆基材。
- 14.フィラー粒子がアセチレンブラックの粒子である請求の範囲第13項に記 載の被覆基材。
