Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 ボトムを適切な曲率で屈曲可能に構成し、ボ
トム起伏時に無理の生じないようにする。 【構成】 ベッド１において、ボトム２の背中と腰との
間の屈曲箇所と、脚の関節に対応した箇所に、複数の短
冊状ボトム８を適用する。短冊状ボトム８において、長
手軸方向にほぞ部９を形成する一方、対向する面に、ほ
ぞ溝１０を形成する。前記ほぞ部９においては、頂部１
１を幅広に形成し、対応するほぞ溝１０の開口部１２を
溝内に比較して幅狭に形成する。短冊状ボトム８の材質
は、成形品を採用し、中空のものでも、中実のものでも
よい。また、木材を用いてもよい。 【効果】 圧迫感を感ずることのないボトムとすること
ができ、屈曲角度を調整することができ、ボトム全体の
長さをも伸縮調節することができる。

【考案の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、ボトムを適切な曲率で屈曲可能に構成し、ボトム起伏時に無理の生 じないベッドにおけるボトム構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
最近のベッドは、ボトム起伏機構を備えた構成のものが多く、様々な機構のも のが採用されている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、通常のベッドの構造では、背ボトムと腰ボトム、あるいは腰ボトム と脚ボトムとを単に連結構成するだけのものであり、ここの連結部を背ボトムの 回動支点、すなわち実際上の支点として起伏動作をなし、また腰ボトムと脚ボト ムとの連結箇所を屈曲箇所として起伏動作を行うものである。 従って、背ボトムがある程度の角度まで起床していくと、背ボトムと腰ボトム との連結部近傍の空間部は狭まっていくので、ボトムの屈曲状態が患者の身体に 適合したものでないと、腰部および腹部、脚の裏側がマットレスから圧迫を受け ることとなる。 本考案はこのような課題を解決するためになされたものであって、ボトムを適 切な曲率半径を形成するように屈曲可能に構成して、ボトムの屈曲箇所をなだら かなものにすると共に、屈曲箇所の空間を確保して圧迫感を抑制したベッドにお けるボトム構造を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記した課題を解決するために、本考案は、ボトムの起伏機構を備えたベッド において、順次屈曲可能に連結構成した複数の短冊状ボトムを配設し、この短冊 状ボトムは、長手方向相対する面において、長手軸方向にほぞ部を形成する一方 、対向する面に、隣接する短冊状ボトムのほぞ部を遊嵌するためのほぞ溝を形成 することを特徴とする。 また、前記複数の短冊状ボトムにおいて、ほぞ部の高さおよびほぞ溝の深さを 比較的大きく設定し、順次連結した短冊状ボトムの、ベッド長手方向に対する長 さを伸縮調節可能とすることができる。

【作用】
背上げ、膝上げを行うと、複数の短冊状ボトムは、全体がなだらかな曲線状態 になるように屈曲していく。すなわち、短冊状ボトムは、ほぞ部が隣合う短冊状 ボトムのほぞ溝に遊嵌状態にあるので、それぞれの短冊状ボトムは、隣合う短冊 状ボトムに対して所定角度屈曲する。この際、ほぞ部およびほぞ溝の形状、相互 間の寸法を考慮すれぱ、屈曲量を調整することができ、また、連結数によっても 、屈曲する角度を調整することができる。 さらに、前記ほぞ部の高さを高く設定し、ほぞ溝の深さを深く設定すれば、短 冊状ボトムの、ベッド長手方向に対する長さを伸縮調節可能となる。

【実施例】
次に、本考案にかかるベッドにおけるボトム構造について、一実施例を挙げ、 添付の図面を参照しながら以下説明する。 図１に本考案にかかるボトム構造を適用したベッド１を示す。このベッド１は 、ボトム２下方に配置した電動式の起動ユニット３により、背上げおよび膝上げ 機能を有するものである。この起動ユニット３には、背上げのための背上げ腕４ 、膝上げのための膝上げ腕５が設けられる。前記背上げ腕４はローラ６を介して 背中に対応したボトム２下面に当接し、膝上げ腕５は脚の関節近傍に対応したボ トム２下面に、ローラ７を介して当接している。
【０００７】 かかるベッド１において、ボトム２の背中と腰との間の屈曲箇所と、脚の関節 に対応した箇所が、複数の短冊状ボトム８により連結構成される。 短冊状ボトム８は、長手方向の相対する面において、長手軸方向にほぞ部９が 形成される一方、対向する面に、隣接する短冊状ボトム８のほぞ部９を遊嵌する ためのほぞ溝１０が形成されたものである（図２参照）。前記ほぞ部９は、頂部 １１が幅広に形成され、対応するほぞ溝１０の開口部１２を溝内に比較して幅狭 に形成している（図３参照）。 なお、短冊状ボトム８の材質は、成形品を採用しているが、中空のものでも、 中実のものでもよい。また、木材を用いてもよい。
【０００８】 以上のようなボトム構造のベッド１において、起動ユニット３を起動してボト ム２の起伏を行うと、複数の短冊状ボトム８は、全体がなだらかな曲線状態にな るように屈曲していく。すなわち、短冊状ボトム８は、ほぞ部９が隣合う短冊状 ボトム８のほぞ溝１０に遊嵌状態にあるので、それぞれの短冊状ボトム８は、隣 合う短冊状ボトム８に対して所定角度屈曲する（図２参照）。 このように、背上げ、膝上げを行って、屈曲箇所が複数の短冊状ボトム８によ ってなだらかな曲線状態に屈曲するので、屈曲箇所である腰部および腹部、脚の 裏側がマットレスから圧迫を受けることはない。
【０００９】 ところで、前述の複数の短冊状ボトム８は、同寸法、同規格であり、また、構 造も単純であるので大量生産が容易で製造コスト上有利である。 これら短冊状ボトム８は、連結する際は、一つの短冊状ボトム８のほぞ溝１０ に、連結する方の短冊状ボトム８のほぞ部９を、長軸方向の端部からスライドさ せるように長軸方向に嵌合していくようにする。そして、順次、所定の数の短冊 状ボトム８を連結し、屈曲箇所に対応したボトム２となる。この場合、ほぞ部９ およびほぞ溝１０の形状、相互間の寸法を考慮すれぱ、屈曲角度を調整すること ができ、また、連結数を考慮してボトム全体の長さを調節することができる。 さらに、使用時に短冊状ボトム８を破損したときは、破損した短冊状ボトム８ のみを交換することができ、維持管理が容易である。
【００１０】 また、前述の短冊状ボトム８は図４に示すような形状としてもよい。この場合 、ほぞ部９の高さを高く設定し、ほぞ溝１０の深さを深く設定すれば、屈曲だけ でなく、短冊状ボトム８を、ベッド長手方向に長さを伸縮調節することができる 。

【考案の効果】
以上の通り、本考案によれば、 同形状の短冊状ボトムを複数連結して屈曲箇所に対応させたので、背上げ、 膝上げによる圧迫感を感ずることのないボトムとすることができる。 同形状の短冊状ボトムにより構成するので、大量生産が容易で製造コスト上 有利である。 短冊状ボトムのほぞ部およびほぞ溝の形状、相互間の寸法を考慮すれぱ、屈 曲角度を調整することができ、ベッド長手方向の、ボトム全体の長さをも伸縮調 節することができる。

  1. 【請求項１】 ボトムの起伏機構を備えたベッドにお
    いて、順次屈曲可能に連結構成した複数の短冊状ボトム
    を配設し、この短冊状ボトムは、長手方向相対する面に
    おいて、長手軸方向にほぞ部を形成する一方、対向する
    面に、隣接する短冊状ボトムのほぞ部を遊嵌するための
    ほぞ溝を形成することを特徴とするベッドにおけるボト
    ム構造。
  2. 【請求項２】 請求項１記載の複数の短冊状ボトムに
    おいて、ほぞ部の高さおよびほぞ溝の深さを比較的大き
    く設定し、順次連結した短冊状ボトムの、ベッド長手方
    向に対する長さを伸縮調節可能とすることを特徴とする
    ベッドにおけるボトム構造。
