Claims (5)
- 1.圧縮機の補助液または作業液を連続クリーニングするための器具において、 上記補助液または作業液は、上記圧縮機の吐出側からパーベイパレーション膜モ ジュールに供給されることができ、このパーベイパレーション膜モジュールの非 透過側は、上記圧縮機の補助液または作業液用の入口に接続され、上記パーベイ パレーション膜モジュールの透過側は、凝縮器を介して上記圧縮機の吸込側に接 続されていることを特徴とする器具。
- 2.上記補助液または作業液は、上記圧縮機の下流側の分離器から上記膜モジュ ールに供給され得る請求項1に記載の器具。
- 3.上記膜モジュールの上記非透過側と、上記圧縮機の上記補助液または作業液 用の入口との間に、熱交換器(クーラ)が配置されている請求項1または2に記 載の器具。
- 4.上記分離器と上記膜モジュールとの間にポンプが配置されると共に、上記膜 モジュールの非透過側の流れの一部が、上記分離器に帰還せしめられる請求項2 または3に記載の器具。
- 5.上記分離器と上記膜モジュールとの間に熱交換器が設けられている請求項2 乃至4のいずれか1つに記載の器具。
