Abstract
본 발명의 방법과 장치는 공기의 저온분리를 위해서 이용된다. 본 발명의 방법에 따르면 압축되고, 정화되며 냉각된 공기(1)의 적어도 일부가 2단 정류장치(2)의 고압단으로 이송되고, 저압단(4)으로 부터 산소분획물(11)과 질소함유분획물(10)이 생성물로서 추출된다. 저압단(4)의 하부가 열교환기에 의해서 고압단의 상부에 연결되어 있다. 정지상태에서, 저압단의 내부로 흐르는 역류액체가 이 저압단(11)의 하부로 부터 배수되어서 버퍼탱크(13)쪽으로 유입된다. 이 버퍼탱크(13)로 부터 유출되는 액체(16)는 고압단(3)의 상부로 부터 유출되는 응축가스(5)와의 간접열교환(6)에 의해서 부분적으로 응축된다. 생성된 공기(17,18)가 저압단(4)의 하부로 이송된다. 액체상태가 유지되는 분획물의 적어도 일부가 버퍼탱크(13)로 유입된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 공기의 저온분리를 위한 장치의 공정도.
Claims (6)
- 공기의 저온분리방법으로서, 공기가 압축, 정화, 냉각되는 단계와, 적어도 일부의 공기가 2단 정류장치(2)의 고압단(3)으로 이동되는 단계와, 상기 고압단(3)으로 부터 유출되는 적어도 하나의 분획물(8,9)이 저압단(4)으로 더 분리되는 단계와, 상기 저압단(4)에서 산소분획물(11) 및 질소함유 분획물(10)이 생성물로서 추출되는 단계와 그리고 상기 저압단(4)의 하부가 상기 고압단(3)의 상부와 열교환되는 단계를 포함하는 공기의 저온분리방법에 있어서, 정지상태에서 상기 저압단(4)의 하부로 흐르는 모든 역류액체가 상기 저압단(4)의 하부로부터 부수되어서 버퍼탱크(13)로 유입되는 단계와, 상기 버퍼탱크(13)로 부터 액체(16)가 입수되어서 상기 고압단(3)의 상부로 부터 유출된 응축가스(5)와의 간접열교환(6)에 의해서 액체가 부분적으로 응축되는 단계와, 생성된 증기(17,18)의 적어도 일부가 상기 저압단의 하부로 이송되는 단계와, 그리고 상기 간접열교환(6) 이후에 액체로 유지되는 분획물이 적어도 일부가 상기 버퍼탱크(13)로 유입되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 버퍼탱크(13)로 부터 입수되는 상기 액체(16)를 부분적으로 증발시키기 위해서 사용되는 상기 간접열교환(6)이 강하-필름 증발로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 작동중단의 초기에 상기 역류액체가 상기 저압단(4)으로 부터 유출되어서 상기 고압단(3)의 하부로 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 공기의 저온분리용 장치로서, 공기압축기, 정화장치, 열교환기, 고압단(3) 및 저압단(4)을 갖춘 2단 정류장치(2)를 포함하고 있고, 증기 공급라인(5) 및 응축물 회수라인(7)을 통해서 상기 고압단(3)의 상부와 연결되어 있으며, 상기 저압단(4)의 하부로 부터 유출되는 액체를 증발시키기 위해서 증발통로가 구비되어 있는 응축-증발기(6)를 갖춘 공기의 저온분리용 장치에 있어서, 상기 저압단(4)의 하부 및 버퍼탱크(13)에 연결되어 있는 역류액체라인(11,12)이 액체라인(16), 증기라인(17,18) 및 회수라인(17,12)에 의해서 각각 연결되어 있고, 상기 액체라인(16)은 상기 버퍼탱크(13)로 부터 상기 응축 증발기(6)의 증발통로의 흡입구로 뻗어 있으며, 상기 증기라인(17,18)은 상기 증발통로의 배출구를 상기 저압단(14)의 하부구역과 연결시키고, 상기 회수라인(17,12)은 상기 증발통로의 배출구와 상기 버퍼탱크(13)사이에 액체용인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 응축-증발기(6)가 강하-필름증발기로 고안되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 액체라인(20)이 상기 저압단(4)의 하부로 부터 상기 고압단으로 뻗어 있고, 상기 액체라인(20)에 차단밸브(22)가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
