Claims (4)
- 1.それぞれのカッターチップ(60)をプロラム制御して工作物軸線(A)の 周りに回転し、直交座標系の3個の軸線(X,Y,Z)の内、工作物軸線(A) に平行な少なくとも1個の軸線(X)に沿って電極ワイヤ(50)に対して直線 的にそれぞれのカッターチップ(60)を調整し、電極ワイヤ(50)によって カッターチップ(60)を仕上げ加工する放電加工方法において、前記カッター チップ(60)の切り刃(66)に隣接するそのフランク(64)を加工中、前 記電極ワイヤ(50)が前記切り刃(66)に接触する点が、前記電極ワイヤ( 50)と前記直交座標系の2個の軸線(X,Y)とに対し直角に延在する工具軸 線(E)上に常に位置するよう工作物軸線(A)の周りに前記カッターチップ( 60)を回転させることを特徴とするカッターチップの放電加工方法。
- 2.工作物軸線(A)に平行でない前記切り刃(66)の部分に隣接して位置す る前記フランク(64)の部分を加工中、前記電極ワイヤ(50)を前記工具軸 線(E)の周りに回転させることを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の方法。
- 3.少なくとも一個のカッターチップ(60)のための取付部(26)と、 工作物軸線(A)の周りにカッターチップ(60)を回転させるためプログラム 制御されるモータ(28)と、電極ワイヤ(50)を案内するワイヤ固定具(4 6)と、直交座標系の3個の軸線に沿って前記カッターチップ(60)と前記電 極ワイヤ(50)との間を相対的に直線移動させるためプログラム制御される駆 動部を有する移動台装置(14、18、34)とを具えるカッターチップの放電 加工装置において、 前記電極ワイヤ(50)と前記直交座標系の2個の軸線(X.Y)とに対し直角 に延在する工具軸線(E)の周りにプログラム制御により前記ワイヤ固定具(4 6)を回転可能に構成したことを特徴とするカッターチップの放電加工装置。
- 4.前記工具軸線(E)の周りに回転可能な回転部材(44)上に前記ワイヤ固 定具(46)を配置し、更に前記カッターチップ(60)の輪郭と表面とを測定 するためのセンサ(56)を前記回転部材(44)によって担持したことを特徴 とする請求の範囲3に記載の装置。
