Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 慣性を利用してフロントガラスとワイパーの
ゴム本体をともに洗浄することができるワイパーを提供
することにある。 【構成】 本考案による二重角度調節式ワイパーは、弧
形のメインボディに複数のサブボディを連結させ、両者
が二つの角度に自由に曲がるようにする。サブボディの
端に翼状のブラシ取り付け金具を設け、その両サイドに
扇状のブラシを取り付ける。ブラシ取り付け金具の底に
はＣ形の溝があいていて、外側に適当な角度に張り出し
て、２本のワイパーゴムが差し込めるフレームと組み合
う。 【効果】 まずブラシで洗浄し、そのあとワイパーゴム
で二回目の洗浄を行うと共に、ブラシがゴムの部分を洗
浄するので、ワイパーの寿命をも延ばし長期間にわたっ
て清浄効果を発揮できる。

【考案の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は自動車のフロントガラスなどに用いられるワイパーに関し、特に、一 種の二重角度調節式ワイパーで、慣性を利用してフロントグラスとワイパーのゴ ム本体をともに洗浄することができる新しいワイパーに関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
従来のワイパーは自動車のフロントガラスの雨水を除去し、それによってフル ントガラスのを清潔にし視界を確保するという使命をもったものであった。しか し、時代の進歩と社会の発展と共に、人々の生活もしだいに物質的に豊かになっ てきた。一方では、科学技術の発展は重大な環境汚染を引き起こしている。なか でも大気の汚染は深刻で、現在都会の空気は、工業化社会にともなう油や灰燼を 含む汚染物にまみれている。こうした油分や灰燼を含んだ空気は人類の身体に傷 害を及ぼすだけでなく、自動車のワイパーにもきわめて重大な悪影響を残す。
【０００３】 自動車ワイパーがこうした空気中で作動すると、その灰燼や砂粒がガラスの表 面とワイパーのゴムの部分を傷つけ、両者に損耗や陥没といった後遺症を残す。 また、油分の付着は、ワイパーの本来の目的を果たすうえで難敵になっている。 よって、こうした工業化社会においては従来のワイパーではフロントガラスの視 界を保つという目的を十分に果たすことができず、消費者の憂鬱のひとつになっ ている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
こうした状況にかんがみ、創作者は、関係する製品の多年にわたる設計、製造 、販売の実務経験をもとに研究努力と改良テストを積み重ねて、従来の製品の欠 陥を克服し、もっとも有効にワイパーの機能を果たすことができる新しいタイプ のワイパーをついに慣性したのである。従来の不十分なところを補い、その機能 をさらに高めた新製品である。
【０００５】 本考案の主たる目的は、角度自動調節式のワイパー構造で、簡単な構造によっ て、もっとも効果的にワイパーの機能を発揮させることにより、フロントガラス とワイパーゴムを常に清潔に保ち、ドライバーの視界を確保することにある。
【０００６】 本考案の次なる目的は、角度が相互に変わる特殊な部品の組み合わせによって 、まずブラシで洗浄し、そのあとワイパーゴムで二回目の洗浄を行い、さらに、 ブラシによりゴムの部分をも洗浄することにより、ワイパーの寿命を延ばし長期 間にわたって清浄効果を発揮させることにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案による二重角度調節式ワイパーは、弧形のメインボディに複数のサブボ ディを連結させ、両者が二つの角度に自由に曲がるようにしておく。サブボディ の端に翼状のブラシ取り付け金具を設け、その両サイドに扇状のブラシを取り付 ける。ブラシ取り付け金具の底にはＣ形の溝があいていて、外側に適当な角度に 張り出して、２本のワイパーゴムが差し込めるフレームと組み合う。

【作用】
このワイパーは作動中に、２本のゴムとブラシが交互に擦り合う仕組みになっ ており、フロントガラスとゴムの部分の両方を同時につねに清潔に保つという効 用がある。それによって、従来のものよりいっそう視界を鮮明に保てるところに 特徴がある。

【実施例】
審査委員の方に本創作の機能と構造をさらに理解していただくために、以下に 図を使いながらわかりやすく実施例を紹介する。
【００１０】 図１は本考案による実施例の見取図である。図２は本考案の実施例の構造分解 図である。図３および４は本考案の実施例の実際の作動する様子を示している。
【００１１】 本考案の実施例による二重角度調節式ワイパーは、慣性を利用してフロントガ ラスとワイパーのゴム本体をともに洗浄することができるワイパーである。
【００１２】 その構造は、節をもった弧形のボディ１に数組のサブボディ２、取り付けフレ ーム３を組み合わせたものである。そのうちのボディ１は、メインボディ１１と その両側にセットする中間ボディ１２、両端のサイドボディ１３によりなる。そ の中央のメインボディ１１は、その両側の中間ボディ１２と動きが可能な関節で 繋がっており、メインボディ１１、中間ボディ１２、サイドボディ１３は、互い に二つの角度に変移することができる構造である。
【００１３】 サブボディ２は、中間ボディ１２、サイドボディ１３の底辺に連結しており、 その端には数組の翼状のブラシ取り付け金具２１がセットされている。さらにそ の取り付け金具２１端には爪状のクリップ２２が付いている。ここに扇形のブラ シ２３が取り付けられる。又、取り付け金具２１の底辺中央には、Ｃ形の溝２４ が開いており、そこに取り付けフレーム３がセットされている。取り付けフレー ム３には２本のゴムが取り付けられ、長細いワイパー部分となる。その上縁には Ｃ状の滑軸３１が付いており、その部分が取り付け金具２１底中央のＣ形の溝２ ４と重なり合う仕組みとなっており、両者は適度に角度が変わる状態にある。こ れが、本考案の二重角度の変化構造である。
【００１４】 また、取り付けフレーム３の底には適当な角度に開いた差し込み口３２があり 、そこに２本のワイパーゴム４が差し込まれると、両者は適度な角度に開いてい ることになる。その角度は、取り付け金具２１の底中央のＣ形の溝２４に組み合 わさったＣ状の滑軸３１と、メインボディ１１に組み合わさった中間ボディ１２ の角度の配合によって決まる。よって、作動させると両者は相互に関係しながら 回転する。
【００１５】 本考案のワイパーが自動車のフロントガラス上で作動するときは、図３のよう になる。メインボディ１１と中間ボディ１２、サイドボディ１３は、ワイパーの 作動によってその関節部において角度のねじれが生じる。この現象は、同時にサ ブボディ２の取り付け金具２１にも角度の変化を生じさせる。
【００１６】 爪状のクリップ２２に付けられた扇形のブラシ２３が、まず、フロントガラス の上の灰燼や砂粒その他の汚染物５を除去し、その上でワイパー作用が始まる。 その際、同時に取り付けフレーム３もまたＣ状の滑軸３１とＣ形の溝２４と連動 するようになり、同じく角度のねじれが生じる。片方のワイパーゴム４が垂直に フロントガラスの表面をなでて第二次の洗浄作用を行っているときに、もう一方 のワイパーゴム４は角度のねじれの関係から一方のブラシ２３の側面と接触し、 ゴムの部分４そのものを洗浄する効果を発揮する。このようにして、一方向に回 転するだけで、フロントガラスとワイパーゴム４本体を同時に洗浄することがで きる。
【００１７】 折り返しのときの様子が図４である。メインボディ１１と中間ボディ１２、サ イドボディ１３との角度のねじれによって、取りつけ金具２１にも角度の変化を 生じさせる。爪状のクリップ２２に付けられた扇形のブラシ２３が反対方向から 、フロントガラスの上の灰燼や砂粒その他の汚染物５を除去する。同時に取りつ けフレーム３にセットされているもう一方のワイパーゴム４がそばのブラシ２３ の側面と接触し、ゴムの部分４そのものを洗浄する効果を発揮する。このように して、すでにきれいになったワイパーゴム４が、角度を変えて垂直にフロントガ ラスに当たり、二回目の拭き作業を行う。
【００１８】 その進行過程で、一回目の拭き作業で汚くなったゴム４は角度の変化からブラ シ２３と接触してそのよごれを落とされ、もとの清潔な状態に戻っている。本考 案が作動するときには、いつもこのようにワイパーゴムは清潔な状態に保たれ、 しかも角度の関係からフロントガラスとゴム本体の両方を同時に洗浄することが でき、視界は常に最善の状態にある。

【考案の効果】
本考案によれば、上述したように、２本のゴム４の前後にブラシ２３を配置し 、角度が入れ代わるようにしたことによって、積雪時にも、雨季にも、砂漠地帯 であっても、きわめて高い効果を発揮することになる。これによって、ゴム４の 部分の磨耗や汚損を防ぐという抜群の価値と機能をもった実用的な新しいワイパ ーである。
【００２０】 また、簡単な構造によって、もっとも効果的にワイパーの機能を発揮させるこ とができるため、フロントガラスとワイパーゴムを常に清潔に保ち、ドライバー の視界を確保しようというものである。
【００２１】 さらに、角度が相互に変わる特殊な部品の組み合わせを有することによって、 まずブラシで洗浄し、そのあとワイパーゴムで二回目の洗浄を行うと共に、ブラ シがゴムの部分を洗浄するので、ワイパーの寿命をも延ばし長期間にわたって清 浄効果を発揮させるところにある。
【００２２】 以上を要約すると、本考案の二重角度調節式ワイパーは、作動中にフロントガ ラスとゴムの部分の両方を同時に洗浄する効用があり、それによって、従来のも のよりいっそうドライバーの視界を鮮明に保てるところに特徴があり、しかもそ れによって、ワイパーそのものの寿命をも伸ばすことができる等、きわめて実用 的価値を持つことができるものである。

Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 節をもった複数の弧形のボディと数個の
    サブボディと取り付けフレームとの組合せからなり、そ
    のうちのボディは、メインボディとその両側にセットす
    る中間ボディ、両端のサイドボディによりなり、その中
    央のメインボディは、その両側の中間ボディと動きが可
    能な関節で繋がっており、メインボディ、中間ボディ、
    サイドボディは、互いに二つの角度に変移することがで
    きる関係にあることを特徴とする二重角度調節式ワイパ
    ー。
  2. 【請求項２】 サブボディには、その端に別々に数組の
    翼状のブラシ取り付け金具がセットされており、さらに
    その取り付け金具の両端には爪状のクリップが付いてお
    り、そこに、扇状のブラシを取り付ける仕組みとなって
    おり、さらに、取り付け金具の中央底辺にはワイパーゴ
    ムのフレームが取り付けられるようにＣ形の差し込み口
    があることを特徴とする請求項１記載の二重角度調節式
    ワイパー。
  3. 【請求項３】 取り付けフレームには２本のゴムが取り
    付けられ、長細いワイパー部分となり、その上縁にはＣ
    状の滑軸が付いており、その部分が取り付け金具底辺中
    央のＣ形の溝と重なり合う仕組みで、両者は適度に角度
    が変わる状態にあり、又、取り付けフレーム底には適当
    な角度に開いた差し込み口があり、そこに２本のワイパ
    ーゴムが差し込まれると、両者はその角度に開いている
    ことになることを特徴とする請求項１記載の二重角度調
    節式ワイパー。
  4. 【請求項４】 ２本のワイパーゴムの外へ張り出した角
    度と取り付け金具の溝と組み合う滑軸およびメインボデ
    ィに組み合う中間ボディとの角度の配合により、まず片
    方のゴムとブラシがフロントガラスを磨き、その際もう
    一方のゴムはブラシとこすりあっており、作動中はそれ
    らの作用が交互にくり返されるので、フロントガラスも
    ワイパーゴムもつねに清潔に保てることを特徴とする請
    求項１記載の二重角度調節式ワイパー。
