【目的】 裏面に可撓性シ−トが貼着された化粧シ−ト
の表面のオ−バ−レイ用樹脂含浸紙に紫外線吸収剤を添
加し、化粧シ−トの変色防止および表面割れ防止を行
う。 【構成】 化粧単板の上面に紫外線吸収剤を添加した樹
脂フィルムが貼着され、上記化粧単板の下面に和紙が貼
着された化粧シ−ト。

【０００１】
本案は家具用扉または建築用板材等に用いられる化粧シ−トに関するものであ る。
【０００２】
従来、この種の化粧シ−トにおいては、日光等の紫外線が当たるとオ−バ−レ イ用樹脂含浸紙または樹脂フィルムの中の樹脂が黄色等に変色する恐れが多々見 受けられる。
【０００３】
本案は、上記欠点を解消するためになされたもので、オ−バ−レイ用樹脂含浸 紙または樹脂フィルム若しくは樹脂シ−トに紫外線吸収剤を添加し、化粧単板等 の化粧材の裏面に可撓性シ−トを貼着することにより、化粧シ−ト表面の変色を 防止すると共に化粧シ−トの可撓性を付与することを目的とする。

本案は、化粧単板や化粧印刷紙等の化粧材２を被覆する目的で使用するオ−バ −レイ含浸紙、またはオ−バ−レイフィルム１に紫外線吸収剤を添加することに より、被覆される化粧単板等の化粧材２の変色を防止することを特徴としてい る。
【０００５】 本案に係る化粧シ−トの表面には、オ−バ−レイ用樹脂含浸紙または樹脂フィ ルム若しくはシ−トが貼着されているが、それらの中に変色防止用の紫外線吸収 剤が添加されている。 上記紫外線吸収剤には、サリチル酸エステル、ベンゾトリアゾ−ル、ヒドロキ シベンゾフェノン、アクリロニトリル置換体などがある。添加量としては、オ− バ−レイ用樹脂含浸紙または樹脂フィルム等の重量に対して０．０１〜０．５％ が適当である。 化粧材のうち、とりわけ桧等の白色系の化粧単板は紫外線の影響で容易に黄変 するので、紫外線吸収剤の添加は欠かせない。
【０００６】 また、本案に係る化粧シ−トに用いられるオ−バ−レイ樹脂含浸紙にはメラミ ンやジアリルフタレ−ト系の樹脂含浸紙等があり、樹脂フィルムや樹脂シ−トに 用いられるものとして、塩化ビニルフィルムまたはシ−ト、不飽和ポリエステル 樹脂フィルム等が挙げられるが、これに限定されるものでない。

本案は上述した構成を有しているので、化粧シ−トの品質低下の原因となる変 色を簡単に確実に防ぐことができる。しかも、化粧単板等の裏面に可撓性シ−ト が貼着されているので、上記化粧材の割れを防止することができる。

【実施例１】 ２−ベンゾトリアゾ−ルを成分とする紫外線吸収剤を０．２％添加したオ−バ −レイ用メラミン樹脂含浸紙（４０g/m2，ビニロン紙３００％含浸）を０．３ m/m のオ−ク材の化粧単板に次の条件で熱圧し、さらに化粧材の裏面に和紙をロ −ルスプレッタ−で貼着し、化粧シ−トを得た。 温度：１８０℃，圧力：２５kg/cm2，時間：６０秒

【実施例２】 フェニルサリチレ−トを成分とする紫外線吸収剤を０．２％添加した塩化ビニ ルシ−ト（３０g/m2）と０．３m/m 厚のオ−ク材化粧単板と不織布を１６５℃の 熱ロ−ル間に入れてラミネ−トした。得られた塩化ビニル・化粧単板ラミネ−ト シ−トをエチレン・酢ビ接着剤を用いて１２m/m 厚のパ−ティクルボ−ドに貼り 合わせた。諸条件は次のとおりである。 冷圧：１kg/cm2，冷圧後２４時間放置

【比較例１】 ２−ベンゾトリアゾ−ル成分の紫外線吸収剤０．２％添加しないこと以外は、 実施例１と同じ。

【比較例２】 フェニルサリチレ−ト成分の紫外線吸収剤０．２％添加しないこと以外は、実 施例２と同じ。
【００１２】 上記各々得られた化粧シ−トを水銀灯の退色試験機に４８時間照射後、色の変 化および表面の割れを観察した。 結果的には、比較例１，２においては明らかな変色がみられ、とりわけ比較例 ２においては表面に割れの発生がみられたが、実施例１，２ではほとんど変色お よび表面割れがみられなかった。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 化粧単板等の化粧材の上面にオ−バ−レイ用の樹脂含浸
紙または樹脂フィルム若しくはシ−トが貼着されてお
り、上記化粧材の下面に和紙等の可撓性シ−トが貼着さ
れており、上記樹脂含浸紙または樹脂フィルム若しくは
シ−トに紫外線吸収剤が添加されていることを特徴とす
る化粧シ−ト。
