Claims (11)
- 1.反応器内の湿気及び空気を取り除くための十分な量の活性成分を反応器に加 え、該活性成分は反応容器より高い熱力学ポテンシャル及び化学的活性を有し、 そして反応器内でタンタル化合物を還元剤で還元してタンタル粉末を形成するこ とを包含する反応容器内でタンタル粉末を製造する方法。
- 2.該活性成分はアルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属及び他の元素から成る群から 選ばれたものである請求項1記載の方法。
- 3.該還元反応の課程において、該タンタル化合物及び該還元化合物を連続的に 又は増分的に反応器に装入することを包含するタンタル化合物を還元する方法で ある請求項2記載の方法。
- 4.タンタル化合物はフルオロタンタルカリウム、フルオロタンタルナトリウム 、塩化タンタル及びこれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれる請求項3記載の方法 。
- 5.反応器内の湿気及び空気を取り除くための十分な量の活性成分を反応器に加 え、該活性成分は反応容器より高い熱力学ポテンシャル及び化学的活性を有し、 そして反応器に該フルオロタンタルカリウムを増分的にそして該ナトリウム化合 物を連続的に加えることによってフルオロタンタルカリウムをナトリウム化合物 で還元し、純度の改善されたタンタル粉末を製造することを包含する反応容器内 でタンタル粉末を製造する方法。
- 6.(a)反応器内の温気及び空気を取り除くための十分な量の活性成分を反応 器に加え、該活性成分は反応容器より高い熱力学ポテンシャル及び化学的活性を 有し、そして(b)該フルオロタンタルカリウムを増分的にそして該ナトリウム 化合物を連続的に加えることによってフルオロタンタルカリウムをナトリウム化 合物で還元し、純度の改善されたタンタル粉末を製造する工程を含む反応容器内 でタンタル粉末を製造する方法。
- 7.該活性成分はアルカリ金属及びアルカリ土類金属から成る群から選ばれる請 求項6記載の方法。
- 8.該活性成分の量は少なくとも約1グラムである請求項7記載の方法。
- 9.反応器内の湿気及び空気のすべてを取り除くための十分な量のナトリウムを 反応器に加え、該ナトリウム量は反応容器より高い熱力学ポテンシャル及び化学 的活性を有し、そして該フルオロタンタルカリウム及び該ナトリウム化合物はそ れぞれ増分的及び連続的方法により反応容器に加え、フルオロタンタルカリウム をナトリウム化合物で還元して純度の改善されたタンタル粉末を形成することを 包含する反応容器内でタンタル粉末を製造する方法。
- 10.該ナトリウムの十分な量は少なくとも約1グラムである請求項9記載の方 法。
- 11.該タンタル粉末は15ppmより少ないニッケル及び鉄不純物を含む請求 項10記載の方法。
