Claims (12)
- 1.他の幾何異性体および光学異性体を実質的に含まないIR−cis,I′R −cisアトラキュリウム塩。
- 2.他の幾何異性体および光学異性体5%w/w未満との混合物の状態にある、 請求項1記載のIR−cls,I′R−cisアトラキュリウム塩。
- 3.他の幾何異性体および光学異性体2%w/w未満との混合物の状態にある、 請求項2記載のIR−cis,1′R−cisアトラキュリウム塩。
- 4.前記各項のいずれか1項に記載された生理学的に容認しうるIR−cis, 1′R−cisアトラキュリウム塩。
- 5.請求項4記載のIR−cis,I′R−cisアトラキュリウム塩またはベ シレート塩。
- 6.外科治療または医学療法に使用するための請求項4記載の生理学上容認しう るIR−cis,I′R−cisアトラキュリウム塩。
- 7.動物に神経筋遮断を誘発するための請求項6記載の生理学上容認しうるIR −cis,1′R−cisアトラキュリウム塩。
- 8.神経筋遮断を誘発させる医薬を製造するために請求項4または請求項5のい ずれかに記載の生理学上容認しうるIR−cis,1′R−cisアトラキュリ ウム塩を使用する方法。
- 9.請求項4および請求項5のいずれかに記載の生理学上容認しうるIR−ci s,I′R−cisアトラキュリウム塩を製造上容認しうる担体と共に含有して なる医薬品製剤。
- 10.注射または点滴による投与に適合させた請求項9記載の医薬品製剤。
- 11.請求項1記載のIR−cis,1′R−cisアトラキュリウム塩の製造 法において、相当するIR−cis,I′R−cisアトラキュリウム塩に、前 記IR−cis,1′R−cisアトラキュリウム塩中に含まれる相当する幾何 異性体からIR−cis,1′R−CiS異性体を単離するのに役立つ条件ある いは試薬を作用させることからなる上記方法。
- 12.動物に神経筋遮断を誘発する方法において、他の幾何異性体および光学異 性体を実質的に含まない生理学上容認しうるIR−cis,1′R−cisアト ラキュリウム塩の神経筋遮断有効量を前記動物へ投与することからなる上記方法 。
