Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） この考案のドラム楽器に関し、特にドラムにド
ラム保持ロツドを挟圧するクランプ部を設けたド
ラム楽器の改良に関する。
（従来の技術） 例えばタムタム等のドラム楽器は、ドラム胴部
のほぼ中央に設けられたクランプ部にセツトアツ
プ用のドラム保持ロツドを挿通固定して所定高さ
位置に保持される。
従来この種のクランプ部の構造としては、一般
に、ドラム胴側に取り付けられる固定部材と該固
定部材に対してねじ部材等によつて開閉動する可
動部材より構成される。
しかるに、この従来のクランプ構造にあつて
は、上に述べたように、固定部材を直接ドラム胴
部に固定しているためにドラムの振動が該固定部
材を介してスタンド等へ容易に伝達される。特
に、固定部材はドラム胴部の中央一か所で取り付
けられるのでドラム支持に際しては当該部分に荷
重が集中して上の振動の伝達性は大きくなるばか
りか、特にタムタムは水平もしくは多少前傾して
セツトされるため振動によつてその胴部部分にひ
ずみを生ずる恐れがあつた。
このようなドラム胴部における振動伝達および
ひずみの問題はドラム演奏上好ましくない影響を
与える。
（考案が解決しようとする課題） この考案は上述の問題点を解決するために提案
されたものであつて、その目的とするところは、
ドラムの振動が容易に伝達されないクランプ構造
を提供することであり、あわせて、クランプ保持
に際してドラム胴の一部分に荷重が集中しない構
造を提供することにある。
（課題を解決するための手段） すなわち、この考案は、取付脚部の両端を振動
吸収材料よりなる振動吸収座部を介してドラム胴
の上部および下部に取り付けるとともに、前記取
付脚部には該取付脚部と一体に形成されたドラム
側固定部材と可動部材とからなるドラム保持ロツ
ドを挟圧するためのクランプ部を設けて該クラン
プ部によつてドラムを保持するようにしたことを
特徴とするドラム楽器に係る。
（実施例） 以下この考案の実施例を図面に従つて説明す
る。添付の図面第１図はこの考案の一実施例を示
すドラム楽器の要部の部分切欠断面図、第２図は
第１図の２−２線で切断した断面図、第３図は第
１図の３−３線で切断した断面図である。
第１図にはこのドラム楽器の取付状態が図示さ
れる。図示したように、この考案のドラム楽器は
ドラム保持ロツドＲのためのクランプ部１０と両
端に振動吸収座部３０，３０を有する取付脚部２
０から構成される。図の符号Ｄはドラム脚部を表
す。
まず、取付脚部２０について説明すると、この
取付脚部２０は、第１図に図示したように、二又
状の取付脚部の両端がドラム胴Ｄの上部と下部に
おいて振動吸収座部３０を介して取り付けられて
いる。この取付脚部２０は金属等の剛性材料から
形成されることが好ましい。
取付脚部２０の両端に設けられた振動吸収座部
３０は、全体がゴム等の振動吸収材料より形成さ
れた座部本体３１を有し、ドラム胴Ｄ側にはドラ
ム取付ねじ３２、その反対の取付脚部２０側には
脚部固定ねじ３３を備えている。
第１図およびその３−３線の断面図である第３
図からよりよく理解されるように、座部本体３１
のドラム胴部Ｄ側および取付脚部２０側近傍に
は、それぞれプレート３４，３５が埋設されてい
て、これらのプレートを介して前記ドラム取付ね
じ３２および脚部固定ねじ３３が螺着される。
このように、ドラム取付ねじ３２と脚部固定ね
じ３３とは、座部本体３１内において完全に分離
されている。
次に、クランプ部１０について説明すると、ド
ラム保持ロツドを挟圧するためのクランプ部１０
は、ドラム側固定部材１１と可動部材１２とから
なり、上記した取付脚部２０に設けられる。
第１図および第２図からよりよく理解されるよ
うに、ドラム側固定部材１１は前記取付脚部２０
と一体に形成されている。
そして、このドラム側固定部材１１の一方の端
部に軸部１３を介して可動部材１２が他の端部側
が開閉自在となるように取付られており、ねじ部
材１５により該開閉される他の端部側が互いに接
近、離間されるようになつている。
従つて、前記各部材１１，１２の内側に形成さ
れた挟持溝１７，１８内に挿通されたドラム保持
ロツドＲは、前記ねじ部材１５により挟圧、弛緩
される。
（作用・効果） 以上図示し説明したようにこの考案は、両端に
振動吸収座部を有する取付脚部を介してドラム保
持ロツドのクランプ部を設けたものであるから、
ドラム胴部の振動は当該振動吸収座部によつて吸
収され、従来のように容易にスタンド等の他の部
分へ伝わることはなくなつた。また、ドラム胴部
は取付脚部の両端において支持されるので、胴部
の荷重も分散され従つて振動自体も分散され小さ
くなり、あわせて胴部自体の荷重の集中によるひ
ずみも抑止することができる。
このように、この考案によればドラム胴部にお
ける振動伝達およびひずみの問題を解消し、ドラ
ム音の再現性をより高めることができる。

の要部の一部切欠断面図、第２図は第１図の２−
２線で切断したクランプ部の断面図、第３図は第
１図の３−３線で切断した振動吸収座部の断面図

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 取付脚部の両端を振動吸収材料よりなる振動吸
    収座部を介してドラム胴の上部および下部に取り
    付けるとともに、前記取付脚部には該取付脚部と
    一体に形成されたドラム側固定部材と可動部材と
    からなるドラム保持ロツドを挟圧するためのクラ
    ンプ部を設けて該クランプ部によつてドラムを保
    持するようにしたことを特徴とするドラム楽器。
