Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 多孔床面を通じて床下空間に室内空気を吸
い込むようにしたダウンフロー型クリーンルーム
において、該床下空間にシート状のカーテンを吊
るすことにより、この空間に流れる気流に抵抗を
与えることを特徴とするクリーンルームの床下気
流制御構造。 (2) カーテンは床材を支持する根太に吊るされ
る請求項１に記載の床下気流制御構造。 (3) カーテンは多孔床面の開口率が変化する箇
所に吊るされる請求項１または２に記載の床下気
流制御構造。
