  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 天井側から床側に気流を流し、さらに除塵を行
    なうべく該気流を天井裏側に戻すための環流路を
    形成するようにしたクリーンルームにおいて、 合成樹脂シートから成る仕切部材の上端部を天
    井側に取り付け、該仕切部材の下端部と床面との
    間に第１の間隙を形成すると共に、該仕切部材に
    対向する壁面との間に第２の間隙を形成すること
    により両前記間隙を前記環流路としたことを特徴
    とするクリーンルームの気流路構造。
