- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 クリーンルームの天井面に設置され、空調装置
からのエアをヘパフイルタを通してその下面に形
成されたエア吹出口からクリーンルーム内に吹き
出すクリーンルームのフイルタボツクスに於いて
、 前記フイルタボツクスのヘパフイルタの上流側
に空間部を形成すると共にヘパフイルタの下流側
に前記エア吹出口を形成し、前記空間部には給気
口と接続出口とが形成され、隣接するフイルタボ
ツクス同士は前記給気口と接続出口とによつて連
結され、前記空間部がエア通路として機能するこ
とを特徴とするクリーンルームのフイルタボツク
ス。
