Claims (1)
- クリーンルーム内に清浄な空気を吹き出させる
ため、ケーシング内に送風機を組込み、送風機の
吸込側に空気取入口を設け、吐出側の空気吹出口
に高性能フイルタを一体に組込んだフイルタユニ
ツトにおいて、送風機とフイルタとの間に空間を
設け、その部位のケーシングに他のフイルタユニ
ツト等と連通できる様に、１ケ所または複数ケ所
の開口部を設け、ユニツトの空気取入口に送風機
と連動して開閉するダンパを設けたことを特徴と
するフイルタユニツト。
