第１図ａ及びｂは本考案の合板の層構成を示す
斜視図であり、第１図ａは５層構成の例、第１図
ｂは７層構成の例を示す。第２図は、本考案の直
貼り用防音床材を示す断面図である。第３図は、
本考案の直貼り用防音床材の他の例を示す断面図
である。第４図は、従来の合板の構成を示す斜視
図である。第５図は、第３層の単板の繊維方向を
第１層の繊維方向に対して９０°とした本考案の
直貼り防音床材と、第１層と第３層の単板の繊維
方向を同一とした従来の防音床材との防音性能を
比較した実験結果を示す図である。図中、●は本
考案の直貼り用防音床材の値を示し、×は従来の
防音床材の値を示す。第６図は、第３層目の単板
の繊維方向角度が異なる５種類の直貼り用防音床
材の防音性能を比較した実験結果をまとめた図で
ある。図中、○は周波数帯域が１２５Hzの値、×
は２５０Hzの値、△は５００Hzの値を示す。 １……防音床材用合板、２……緩衝材、３……
切削溝、１０……第１層、１１……第２層、１２
……第３層、１３……第４層、１４……第５層、
１５……第６層、１６……第７層。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ３枚以上の単板を積層してなる防音用合板に
    おいて、第３層目の単板を第１層目の単板の繊維
    方向と異なる角度で積層せしめたことを特徴とす
    る防音床材用合板。 ２ 積層される単板が４層以上であつて、第１層
    から第３層までの合計厚みが、合板全体の厚みに
    対して４０〜７０％である請求項１に記載の防音
    床材用合板。 ３ 第３層目の単板を第１層目の単板の繊維方向
    に対して４５〜９０度の角度になる如く積層せし
    めた請求項１又は２に記載の防音床材用合板。 ４ 請求項１〜３に記載の防音床材用合板の裏面
    に緩衝材を貼着してなることを特徴とする直貼り
    用防音床材。 ５ 合板が５層以上からなる防音床材用合板であ
    つて、該合板の裏面に第２層の下面に達する深さ
    の切削溝を有する請求項４に記載の直貼り用防音
    床材。 ６ 裏面の切削溝が、床材の幅方向と同一方向で
    設けられている請求項５に記載の直貼り用防音床
    材。
