Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 独占排他権を請求している本発明の実施例は下記のように請求され定義される。 1.送信機アンテナに対する受信機アンテナの位置を定量的に測定するための装 置であって、 少なくとも2つの直流(DC)磁気ベクトルを発生させるための少なくとも2本 の平行でないアンテナから成る送信機アンテナと、 上記のDC磁気ベクトルを発生させるため上記の平行でないアンテナにDCパル スを継続的に供給するための駆動手段と、上記のDC磁気ベクトルを検出するた めの少なくとも2本の平行でないアンテナから成る受信機アンテナとから成り、 送信機アンテナの数に受信機アンテナの数を掛けると、送信機アンテナに対する 受信機アンテナの相対位置の定量的な測定の自由度の度数に少なくとも等しくな り、 本装置の作動に対する地磁界の影響を補償するための手段と、検出されたDC磁 気ベクトルの大きさを確認し、上記の受信されたDC磁気ベクトルから上記の相 対位置を定量的に計算するための信号処理手段とから成ることを特徴とする装置 。 2.送信機アンテナの数に受信機アンテナの数を掛けると少なくとも6である請 求範囲1記載の装置。 3.3つの直交するDC磁気ベクトルを発生させるために3本の送信機アンテナ が配置されている請求範囲2記載の装置。 4.上記の発生したDC磁気ベクトルを3本の直交する軸上で検知するために3 本の受信機アンテナが配置されている請求範囲2記載の装置。 5.3つの直交するDC磁気ベクトルを発生させるために3本の送信機アンテナ が配置されている請求範囲4記載の装置。 6.上記の送信機アンテナが3本の直交するワイヤ巻線から成る請求範囲5記載 の装置。 7.上記駆動手段が1度に各送信機アンテナの1本にDCパルスを継続的に供給 する請求範囲3記載の装置。 8.上記駆動手段が送信機アンテナに2本1組でDCパルスを継続的に供給する 請求範囲3記載の装置。 9.上記受信機が上記DC磁気ベクトルの3つの直交する成分を同時に検出する 請求範囲6記載の装置。 10.地磁界を補償するための上記手段は送信機アンテナが送信していない間に 地磁界の成分を検出するために上記受信機アンテナを使い、上記信号処理手段に 検知された地磁界の上記成分の振幅を確認させ、送信機アンテナがDC磁気ベク トルを送信している時、受信機アンテナによる地磁界の検出を補償するため、こ の確認された情報を使うことから成る請求範囲1記載の装置。 11.上記DCパルスが方形波である請求範囲1記載の装置。 12.金属がある場合、直流磁界を使って、送信機アンテナに対する受信アンテ ナの相対的なロケーシヨン及びオリエンテーシヨンを定量的に測定するための装 置であって、(a)3つの直交する軸で1度に2軸以下に継続的に直流磁界を送 信する送信手段と、 (b)上記の送信された直流磁界を受ける受信手段と、(c)上記の送信された 直流磁界を作るための上記送信手段に直流の電気信号パルスを供給する手段と、 (d)上記送信及び受信手段の回路要素を制御し、受けた信号を測定し、上記受 信手段からの出力信号を3つの座標方向におけるロケーシヨン及び3つの座標軸 を中心とするオリエンテーシヨンに変換するための手段とから成ることを特徴と する装置。 13.上記送信手段が巻心及び3本の直交するアンテナ軸ワイヤの巻線から成る 請求範囲12記載の装置。 14.上記制御手段が、上記送信手段の停止している間、地磁界を測定し、地磁 界を示す信号を作り、送信手段が送信している時の地磁界の影響を除去するため に上記受信信号から上記地磁界信号を減じる請求範囲12記載の装置。 15.上記の送信された直流磁界を受けるための上記受信手段が地磁界に対する 送信直流磁界を感知する3本の直交するアンテナ軸から成る請求範囲1記載の装 置。 16.検出されたDC磁気ベクトルに重畳する低周波の交流(A(C)雑音の干 渉は、上記信号処理手段により相殺される、即ち最初にS+Nである最初の測定 値M(t)を得るために干渉(N)を伴う目標信号(S)を測定し、次に最初の 測定の後に、S−Nである2番目の測定値M(t+n/f)を得るために(ここ ではnは奇数fは雑音の周波数を表す)干渉(N)を伴う目標信号(S)を低周 波の雑音干渉の半分の周期で奇数回数測定し、そして干渉Nのない目標信号を得 るために最初及び2番目の測定値を合計することによって相殺される請求範囲1 記載の装置。 17.送信機アンテナが送信していない時に雑音の周波数に等しい率で各送信機 ベクトル及び地磁界を順番に測定して、検出されたDC磁気ベクトルに対するA C雑音干渉は、上記受信機アンテナを使って相殺され、このことにより雑音を地 磁界の一部であるかのように処理し、上記信号処理手段に、検出された地磁界及 び雑音の成分の大きさを確認させるとともに、送信機アンテナがDC磁気ベクト ルを送信している時、受信機による地磁界及び雑音の検知の補償に、このように 確認された情報を使う請求範囲10記載の装置。 18.信号処理手段がAC雑音のゼロ交差点を確認し、検出された磁気ベクトル の大きさを上記ゼロ交差点で確認することによって、検出されたDC磁気ベクト ルに重畳する低周波のAC雑音干渉を最小限にする請求範囲1記載の装置。 19.上記の大きさの連続的な測定がゼロ交差点で低周波AC雑音干渉の半分の 周期で奇数回、行われ、目標信号から残りの干渉を除去するために、これらの測 定値が合計される請求範囲18記載の装置。 20.上記信号処理手段は、送信機アンテナが送信していない時、地磁界の連続 的な検出の間の成分を計算し、送信機アンテナが上記の連続的な検出の間に検出 している時、受信機アンテナによって検出された地磁界を補償するために、これ らの計算された成分を使う請求範囲10記載の装置。 21.上記信号処理手段は、送信機アンテナが送信していない時、地磁界の連続 的な検出の間の成分を推定し、次に続く連続的な上記検出の間に送信機アンテナ が送信している時、受信機アンテナによる地磁界の検出を補償するために、これ らの推定された成分を使う請求範囲10記載の装置。 22.金属の存在下、使用可能な上記DCパルスの供給率を増加させるために、 上記信号処理手段は、各DCパルスの波頭によって誘導された干渉渦電流の減衰 の間に、検出されたDC磁気ベクトルの測定を複数回行い、これらの測定値を適 切な指数関数にあてはめ、上記減衰の終了後、検出されたDC磁気ベクトルの定 常状態の測定値を推定し、上記位置を計算するために、これらの推定された定常 状態の測定値を使う請求範囲1記載の装置。 23.送信アンテナに対して固定されている金属の存在下、使用可能な上記DC パルスの供給率を増加させるために、上記信号処理手段は、送信機アンテナに対 する受信機アンテナの周知のロケーシヨンでDCパルスの波頭によって誘導され た渦電流の減衰した後、DCパルスの間に、検出されたDC磁気ベクトルを測定 し、上記周知のロケーシヨンにあるDCパルスの上記の目標供給率で、検知され た磁気ベクトルを測定し、目標率で行われた測定において渦電流が誘導した歪み を計算し、この計算された歪みの情報を記憶させ、この歪みの情報を使って渦電 流に誘導される歪みがない姿勢データを計算するために、上記の周知のロケーシ ヨンで上記の目標率で引続き行われる、検知されたDC磁気ベクトルの測定を訂 正する請求範囲1記載の装置。 24.磁界送信機手段に対する磁界検知手段の位置を定量的に測定するためのシ ステムで、 少なくとも2つの磁界送信機要素から成り、これに相当する数の平行でないDC 磁界ベクトルを発生するための送信機手段と、上記の平行でないDC磁界ベクト ルを発生させるために、上記送信機要素にDCパルスを継続的に供給する駆動手 段と、上記送信機要素が発生した上記磁界ベクトルに差動的に反応する少なくと も2つの磁界検知要素から成る磁界検知手段とから成り、 送信機要素の数と検知要素の数との演算積は、少なくとも測定される自由度の度 数であり、 さらに地磁界の影響を補償する手段と、上記駆動手段及び上記補償手段を管理制 御するため、及びこの管理制御の結果として派生した信号から、磁界検知手段の 上記磁界送信機手段に対する相対的な位置を計算するための作動可能な手段とか ら成ることを特徴とするシステム。 25.地磁界の影響を補償するための上記手段が、地磁界と区別するために、送 信されたDC磁気ベクトルの極性を交互にすることから成る請求範囲1記載の装 置。
