Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.オレフィンオリゴマーとエノファイルとの付加物からなる潤滑剤添加組成物 であって、前記オレフィンオリゴマーは、C2〜C24アルファオレフィン供給 原料またはそれらの混合物を、オリゴマー化条件下で、多孔質支持体上の還元原 子価状態のVIB族金属触媒と接触させて製造するオリゴマー化生成物から成り 、前記付加物は以下に示す構造: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ (式中、R1〜R5は水素、アルキル、またはアルケニルであり、R1〜R5基 の全ての炭素原子数の合計は少なくとも17個であり、R8〜R9内の少なくと も一つは本質的に以下に示す基: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ (式中、AはO,S,N,またはNR(Rはアルキル、アリール、アルケニル、 またはポリアルキルアミンである) ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ (式中、Zは、H,OH,NH2,ハロゲン、アルキル、アリール、ベンジル、 及び−CN,NO2,アリール、ベンジル、−CH2CH,Xがハロゲンである −CH2Xのような基である) ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼および(式中、Qはアルキル、アリール、ま たはベンジル)から成る群から選択される陰性基であり、そしてR6〜R9の内 の残りの基は、蔭性基、水素、アルキル、アルケニル、アルキンアルキル、アリ ール、またはアラルキルから選択される)を有し;そして該エノファイルは以下 に示す構造:▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ (式中、R6、R7、R8及びR9の内の少なくとも一つは前記陰性基であり、 残りの基は水素、アルケニル、アルキンアルキル、アリール、またはアラルキル である)を有する〕から成る潤滑剤添加組成物。 2.触媒が、シリカ支持体上にあって、一酸化炭素によって還元された酸化クロ ムである請求項1記載の組成物。 3.オリゴマー化を、濃度90℃〜250℃において行う請求項1記載の組成物 。 4.オリゴマーが、分岐度0.19未満、重量平均分子量300〜45,000 、数平均分子量300〜18,000、分子量分布1〜5、流動点−15℃以下 を有する請求項1記載の組成物。 5.付加物が、エノファイルとオレフィンオリゴマーとの付加物のオレフィン水 素化生成物から成る請求項1記載の組成物。 6.水、アンモニア、又はアミンとの酸性反応生成物またはアミド反応生成物と オリゴマーとの無水マレイン酸付加物から成り、以下に示す構造:▲数式、化学 式、表等があります▼ (式中、Rは水素、アルキル、またはアルケニルであり、R基の全ての炭素原子 数の合計は少なくとも17である)を有する請求項1記載の組成物。 7.水、アンモニア、又はアミンとの酸性反応生成物またはアミド反応生成物と 、以下に示す構造: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ (式中、Rは水素、アルキル、またはアルケニルであり、R基の全ての炭素原子 数の合計は少なくとも17である)を有する請求項5記載の組成物。 8、無水マレイン酸付加物とテトラエチレンペンタアミンとのアルケニルビスス クシンイミド反応生成物かも成り、以下に示す構造:▲数式、化学式、表等があ ります▼ を有する請求項6記載の組成物。 9.C2〜C24アルファオレフィン供給原料またはそれらの混合物を、オリゴ マー化条件下で、多孔質支持体上の還元原子価状態のVIB族金属触媒と接触さ せて製造するオリゴマー化生成物から成るオレフィンオリゴマーとエノファイル の付加物から成る潤滑剤添加組成物の製造方法において、温度40〜400.5 ℃での反応域においてオレフィンオリゴマーとエノファイルを反応させ;該反応 域からの流出液を分離して付加物を製造することから成る方法。 10.オレフィンオリゴマーとエノファイルを、ルイス酸触媒と接触させて反応 させる請求項9記載の方法。 11.付加物を温度20〜300℃において水素化触媒と水素とに接触させて水 素化し、オリゴマーとエノファイルのオレフィン水素化付加物を製造する工程を 含む請求項9記載の方法。 12.エノファイルが無水マレイン酸から成り、オレフィンオリゴマーが、1− デセンのオリゴマー化から生じるオリゴマーから成る請求項9記載の方法。 13.C8〜C24アルファオレフィン供給原料またはそれらの混合物を、オリ ゴマー化条件下で、多孔質支持体上の還元原子価状態のVIB族金属触媒と接触 させて製造するオリゴマー化生成物から成るオレフィンオリゴマーと、無水マレ イン酸との付加物からアルケニルビススクシンイミドを製造する方法において、 温度204℃の反応域において、前記付加物を少なくとも2つの第1アミン基を 含むボリアミンと反応させ;該反応域からの流出液を分離してアルケニルビスス クシンイミドを製造することから成る方法。 14.ポリアミンがテトラエチレンペンタアミンから成り、アルケニルビススク シンイミドが以下に示す構造: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ (式中、Rは水素、アルキル、またはアルケニルであり、R基の全ての炭素原子 数の合計は少なくとも17である)を有する請求項13記載の方法。 15.C2〜C24アルファオレフィン供給原料をオリゴマー化条件下で、多孔 質支持体上の還元原子価状態のVIB族金属から成る触媒と接触させて製造する オリゴマー化生成物から成るオレフィンオリゴマーと無水マレイン酸との付加物 を、活性水素含有化合物と反応させてアルケニル無水コハク酸誘導体を製造する 方法。 16.活性水素含有化合物が、一つ又はそれ以上のアミノ基を含む請求項15記 載の方法。 17.アミノ基が、アミンまたはポリアミンから成る請求項16記載の方法。 18.活性水素含有化合物が、ヒドロキシルまたはポリヒドロキシル化合物から 成る請求項16記載の方法。 19.活性水素含有化合物が、ヒンダードポリオールまたは二官能価活性水素化 合物から成る請求項18記載の方法。 20.二官能価化合物が、アミンとヒドロキシル官能価から成る請求項19記載 の方法。 21.ヒドロキシルアルキルアミンから成る請求項20記載の方法。
