図において１は誘電体（セラミツクス）、２は
貫通穴、３は開放面、４は導体膜、５は中心導体
膜、６は短絡面、７は底面、８は端部、９，１４
はそれぞれ角部、１０はソルダーレジスト（マス
ク材）、１１はソルダーレジスト端、１２は回路
基板、１３は半田層である。なお、各図中同一符
号は同一または相当部分を示すものとする。
