図において1は誘電体(セラミツクス)、2は
貫通穴、3は開放面、4は導体膜、5は中心導体
膜、6は短絡面、7は底面、8は端部、9は角部
、10は導体膜を形成しない部分、11は導体端
部、12は回路基板、13は半田層である。なお
、各図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示すも
のとする。
