Claims (1)
とも２個の貫通導電部を所定の間隔を保持して形成する
とともに、上記貫通導電部の端部を位置させた二面の内
の上面を除く誘電体基体の外面に、上記貫通導電部に電
気的に導通する導電膜を被着形成した誘電体共振器を有
する誘電体フィルタにおいて、上記貫通導電部の端部を
位置させた二面の内、導電膜を形成しない上面に誘電体
基板を貼着し、上記誘電体基板の両面に、貫通導電部と
各々合致した位置に導電膜を被着形成し、上記誘電体基
板の貼着面側の導電膜をコンデンサ電極としてなること
