Claims (1)
- 軸方向外向きの操作力を及ぼす操作機構をレリ
ーズベアリングに連結し、レリーズベアリングの
インナーレースに軸方向内側へ延びる筒状延長部
を設け、該筒状延長部の周囲に筒状のウエツジカ
ラーを設け、ウエツジカラーの周囲にレバープレ
ートを所定の軸方向区間だけウエツジカラーに対
して移動可能な状態で設け、レバープレートをク
ラツチ接続遮断動作制御用のダイヤフラムスプリ
ングに連結し、上記筒状延長部の外周に環状の嵌
合溝を設け、ウエツジカラーに、上記環状溝より
も軸方向外側において上記筒状延長部に所定の軸
方向区間にわたつて摺動自在に嵌合する筒状部と
、該筒状部の円周方向に間隔を隔てた複数箇所か
ら軸方向内方へ突出する複数の嵌合部とを一体に
設け、上記嵌合部に、クラツチ半径方向外側の面
が凹形となる折曲部を形成して、該折曲部におい
て上記嵌合部を上記嵌合溝に嵌め、上記嵌合部の
上記凹形外面にスナツプリングを軸方向移動不能
に嵌め、スナツプリングが軸方向後方から係合す
る環状段部を上記レバープレートの内周に設けた
クラツチのレリーズベアリング機構において、上
記筒状延長部の嵌合溝の軸方向内側の表面部分と
上記ウエツジカラーの嵌合部の表面との接触範囲
の少なくとも一部を、上記嵌合部の上記凹形外面
の軸方向内側の部分と上記スナツプリングの表面
との接触範囲よりもクラツチ半径方向において外
側に位置させたことを特徴とするクラツチのレリ
ーズベアリング機構。
