【考案の詳細な説明】
（産業上の利用分野）
この考案は建物における防音床材に係る。
（従来の技術）
従来建物の防音床材は、内部を中空とした板材
とし該中空内の空気層により防音効果を得たもの
を一般とする。

（考案が解決しようとする問題点）
上記従来周知の床材は単に木枠の両面に合板等
を貼装し、上下板間の中間層を防音用に利用した
ものであるから、音の吸収性がなく又反響音を生
じ易く、長期の使用において所謂床鳴りを生じ、
その発生音が直接階下に騒音となつて伝わる等の
不都合があつた。

（問題点を解決するための手段）
本考案は上記従来の不都合を排し、床板の上面
化粧板以外の床材を形成する板材として吸音性の
材料で構成し、防音性を著しく高めた床材を得る
ことを目的とするもので、中間に補強桟を有する
方形木枠の内側を多孔質材料から成る吸音層で充
填すると共にその上下面にそれぞれ適宜厚さの不
織繊維板を貼装し、更にその上面には化粧板を又
下面には発泡合成樹脂の薄板を夫々を重合貼着し
て成る。

材料で構成し、防音性を著しく高めた床材を得る
ことを目的とするもので、中間に補強桟を有する

（作用）
本考案による床材は、上記のように木枠の内側
を多孔質材料から成る防音層で充填し、上面には
不織繊維板と化粧板を重合接着し、下面には不織
繊維板と発泡合成樹脂薄板とを重合接着して、上
面の化粧板以外の床材構成板をすべて吸音材料で
構成したので、その吸音性により防音効果を著し
く向上させ、又反響音を生じないため階上、階下
を有する集合住宅用の床材として上下間の騒音防
止効果を向上させた。

（実施例）
本考案の実施例を図面について説明する。
図面で１は内側に適数の補強桟１′を有する方
形の木枠で、その内側空間を例えばウレタン樹脂
のような発泡による多孔質材料から成る吸音層２
で充填し、且つ上下両面には椰子その他の天然植
物繊維或いは人工繊維を不規則に積層した適宜厚
さの不織繊維板３，３を貼着し、更に上面には合
板その他の表面を表装した化粧板４を又下面には
ウレタン等の発泡樹脂の薄板５を重合貼着した。

したが、該薄板６の使用を省略する場合もある。

（考案の効果）
本考案による床材は、表面の化粧板以外の材料
を発泡性樹脂による吸音層、その上下面に重ねた
不織繊維板および下面の発泡性樹脂の薄板等の吸
音材料で構成したので防音効果が著しく高く階上
から階下に伝わる騒音弊害をなくし、且つ弾性に
より触感が良好であり又廉価に得られる等の効果
を有する。

Claims (1)
- 中間に補強桟を有する方形木枠の内側を多孔質
材料から成る吸音層で充填すると共にその上下面
にそれぞれ適宜厚さの不織繊維板を貼装し、更に
その上面には化粧板を又下面には発泡合成樹脂の
薄板を夫々を重合貼着して成る防音床材。
