- 封止樹脂領域外部に導出されたアウターリード
を相互に連結するタイバーを備えた半導体集積回
路のリードフレームにおいて、前記タイバーは前
記封止樹脂領域の端部に近接して設けられた第１
のタイバーと、前記第１のタイバーの外側にこれ
と平行に設けられた第２のタイバーとを有するこ
とを特徴とする半導体集積回路のリードフレーム
。
