噴流型電気めつき装置で内部の一部を露出した斜
視図、第２図は従来の半導体ウエーハの噴流型電
気めつき装置で内部の一部を露出した斜視図であ
る。 １……噴流カツプ、２……めつき金属からなる
電極（陽極）、２ａ……数多くの孔、３……被め
つき体の半導体ウエーハ（陰極）、４……めつき
液、５……電源、６……ポンプ、７……回転機、
８……めつき蓄液槽、９……絶縁カツプリング、
１０……摺動可能な電気接触部、１１……導電性
のホルダー。
噴流型電気めつき装置で内部の一部を露出した斜

る。 １……噴流カツプ、２……めつき金属からなる
電極（陽極）、２ａ……数多くの孔、３……被め

液、５……電源、６……ポンプ、７……回転機、
８……めつき蓄液槽、９……絶縁カツプリング、
１０……摺動可能な電気接触部、１１……導電性
のホルダー。
Claims (1)
- 被めつき体の半導体ウエーハを保持する導電性
のホルダーと、このホルダーの下部に間隔を明け
て置かれた噴流カツプと、この噴流カツプの底部
を形成し、数多くの孔が設けられためつき金属か
らなる電極と、前記噴流カツプにめつき液を供給
するためのめつき蓄液槽とからなり、前記導電性
のホルダーに半導体ウエーハを保持するとともに
このホルダーを電源のマイナス端子に接続して被
めつき体のウエーハを陰極とし、前記めつき金属
からなる電極を電源のプラス端子に接続して陽極
とし、めつき液をめつき蓄液槽からポンプで噴流
カツプに送り、めつき金属からなる電極の数多く
の孔よりめつき液を被めつき体のウエーハめつき
面に噴き上げてめつきを行う半導体ウエーハの噴
流型電気めつき装置において、半導体ウエーハを
保持する導電性のホルダーに絶縁カツプリングを
介して回転機を結合して半導体ウエーハを回転可
能にするとともに、前記導電性ホルダーを摺動可
能な電気接触部を介して電源のマイナス端子に接
続したことを特徴とする半導体ウエーハの噴流型
電気めつき装置。
