Description
第１図および第２図が本考案に関し、第１図は
本考案による半導体装置のめつき用接続体をウエ
ハとともに例示する一部断面図、第２図はこの接
続体を用いる電解めつきの要領を例示する断面図
および上面図である。第３図は従来技術による電
解めつきの要領を示す断面図およびその一部の拡
大断面図である。図において、 １：ウエハ、２：基体、３：絶縁膜、４：接続
膜、５：下地膜、６：フオトレジスト膜、７：電
解めつきの対象例としてのバンプ電極、１０：め
つき用接続体、１０ａ：凹所、１０ｂ：先端面、
１１：接続体の本体、１２：接触子、１２ａ：接
触子の先端、１２ｂ：絶縁被覆、１３：陰極側電
解用電極、１３ａ：上端部、１４：陽極側電解用
電極、１５：ガス導入手段ないし貫通孔、１６：
ガス供給管、２０：電解めつき用陽極、３０：支
持体、４０：めつき電源、４１：スイツチ、４２
：電解電源、５０：めつき用治具、５１：治具本
体、５１ａ：めつき液用窓、５１ｂ：ヒンジ、５
２：治具の蓋、５２ａ：スナツプ、６０：従来の

本考案による半導体装置のめつき用接続体をウエ
ハとともに例示する一部断面図、第２図はこの接
続体を用いる電解めつきの要領を例示する断面図
および上面図である。第３図は従来技術による電
解めつきの要領を示す断面図およびその一部の拡
大断面図である。図において、 １：ウエハ、２：基体、３：絶縁膜、４：接続
膜、５：下地膜、６：フオトレジスト膜、７：電
解めつきの対象例としてのバンプ電極、１０：め
つき用接続体、１０ａ：凹所、１０ｂ：先端面、

Claims (1)
- 選択性の電解めつきをすべき半導体装置用ウエ
ハにめつき用電源を接続するための接続体であつ
て、ウエハの上面に対向する先端面に凹所が設け
られた絶縁物からなる本体と、本体の凹所内から
その先端面よりも突出するように設けられた接触
子と、本体の凹所内に設けられた陰陽１対の電解
用電極と、本体の凹所内に開口されたガス導入手
段とを備えてなり、接触子の先端をウエハに導電
接触させた状態で電解用電極により本体の凹所内
の液体を電解しかつガス導入手段から凹所にガス
を供給しながら電解めつきを行なうようにした半
導体装置のめつき用接続体。
