Claims (1)
- 反応室に仕切弁を介して連接された加熱ランプ
付搬送室において、該加熱ランプ付搬送室は、そ
の室内に配設された基板搬送用の搬送機構と、該
搬送機構の回転軸と上記反応室との間の室壁に設
けられた石英窓と、該石英窓付近の室外に配設さ
れた加熱ランプとを備え、該加熱ランプからの光
を上記石英窓より、上記基板に照射して、これを
予備加熱することを特徴とする加熱ランプ付搬送
室。
