Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、フッ素樹脂系チューブやｐＶＣ，ＰＶＤＦ
のパイプ配管用の継手に使用するものである。
半導体製造関連の装置は、薬品処理及び純水の配管に大
量のｍ４を使用するが、耐高圧、耐高温、超純水、作業
性及び安全性が強く要求されているにもかかわらず、従
来の継手に一長一短ありで、全てを満足するものがなく
、「完全」を強く要望されているのが現状です。
このチャｉり付きフェルールを使用することによりこれ
りの問題が解決されることを確信します。
（１）シール性 本体継手のテーパ一部にチャック付きフェルールのテー
パ一部が密着し、かつチューブの外周にテーパー先端部
がくい込み完全にシールします。　　　　　　　図３−
（１）（２）抜けない ナツトを締めつけることにより、フェルールにつけであ
る４枚のチャックが内側に絞られ、先端の突起がチュー
ブにガラチリとくい込み、チューブを強力に保持します
。　　　図３−（２）（３）高温用 フェルールのチャック部に弾力性があり、フェルールの
材質の如何に拘らず、チューブを保持するので、フェル
ールの材質をＰＶＤＦやＰＥＥＫを使用することにより
高温にも耐えれる配管が可能です。
（４〉クリーン（汚れない） チューブの外側から７−ル及びチャックするため、クリ
ーンな流体が得られます。
（５）作業性 Ｗ用の治具や工具は使用しないため、簡単に装着出来、
何回でも着脱可能です。せまい場所での作業も容易であ
り、迅速、且つ安全である。

    端の内側に突起をつける。
