Claims (1)
- 受動素子セル及び能動素子セルをそれぞれ複数
個隣接配置し、前記受動素子セル及び能動素子セ
ルそれぞれから所定個数選択して金属配線層で結
線することにより所定回路機能を実現するマスタ
スライス半導体装置において、前記受動素子セル
及び能動素子セルと前記金属配線層と前記コンタ
クト孔のうち所定のものとの間に絶縁膜が設けら
れていることを特徴とするマスタスライス半導体
装置。
