Claims (1)
- 絶縁基板上に厚膜混成集積回路パターンを形成
した厚膜混成集積回路基板において、前記厚膜混
成集積回路パターンのうち、導体パターンに全て
の辺の導体の抵抗がほぼ等しい複数の格子状パタ
ーンを有する導体抵抗体を設け、該格子状パター
ンを構成する辺を切り離すことによつて導体抵抗
体の抵抗値を変化させて導体抵抗を調整すること
を特徴とする厚膜混成集積回路基板。
