- 厚膜抵抗体を有する厚膜混成集積回路基板にお
いて、抵抗体層の上に抵抗トリミング用の窓と導
体接続部分を除いて絶縁層を設け、その上に導体
層を設けたことを特徴とする厚膜混成集積回路基
板。
