Claims (1)
- 絶縁基板上に互いに対向して設けられた第１お
よび第２の電極導体間に厚膜抵抗体を設けてなる
厚膜抵抗素子であつて、その厚膜抵抗体は第１お
よび第２の厚膜抵抗体からなり、第１の厚膜抵抗
体の一端は前記第１の電極導体に、第２の厚膜抵
抗体の一端は前記第２の電極導体にそれぞれ接続
され、それらの他端はそれらが互いに重なり合う
ように接続されていることを特徴とする厚膜抵抗
素子。
