  1. 基板上に形成された抵抗体パターンの幅方向にトリミン
    グを行なう厚膜抵抗体に於いて、上記幅方向に直角方向
    の抵抗体パターン長さがトリミソ２グの進行に従って増
    大するように形成したことを特徴とする厚膜トリミング
    用抵抗体パターン。
