- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 絶縁性基板上に厚膜導体層、絶縁性ガラス
層、厚膜抵抗体層、保護ガラス層を有する基板全
面に上層導体としてニクロム―金―ニクロム―パ
ラジウム―金、チタン―金、チタン―パラジウム
―金のいずれかの構成で薄膜を被着させ、回路パ
ターンを形成したことを特徴とする混成集積回路
。 (2) 前記厚膜導体層が多層である実用新案登録
請求の範囲第(1)項記載の混成集積回路。
