- セラミツク基板上に多層に重ねて形成された配
線導体及び抵抗体並びに絶縁体でなる厚膜多層配
線基板において、前記多層配線の層内にあつて前
記抵抗体を覆う前記絶縁体の領域に所定の幅及び
長さを有する開放溝を有することを特徴とする厚
膜多層配線基板。
