よび側面図ならびに第３図の等価回路図、第５図
ａ，ｂは従来のバイアス回路を示す平面図および
側面図、第６図は第５図の等価回路図である。図
において、１ａ〜１ｅは可変用抵抗、２は固定抵
抗、３はジヤンパ線、４は導体パターン、５はセ
ラミツク基板、６はＦＥＴ増幅器、７ａ〜７ｅは
短絡用導体パターンを示す。なお、図中、同一符
号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- ＦＥＴ増幅器に使用するバイアス回路において
電圧分圧用抵抗を有し、この抵抗を可変用抵抗と
固定抵抗に分け、可変抵抗の抵抗値をデジタル的
にかつ機械的に可変可能としたことを特徴とする
バイアス回路。
