    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 真空容器内に、永久磁石のＮ極側に磁性材料よ
    りなるターゲツト材料が取り付けられた複数の第
    １ターゲツト部と、永久磁石のＳ極側に磁性材料
    よりなるターゲツト材料が取り付けられた複数の
    第２ターゲツト部とを、前記第１ターゲツト部の
    ターゲツト材料と前記第２ターゲツト部のターゲ
    ツト材料とが対向し、且つ隣り合う永久磁石が異
    極になるように配置して前記第１、第２ターゲツ
    ト部より囲まれてなるスパツタ空間を形成し、該
    スパツタ空間の両側開口端部に被着対象物を配置
    したことを特徴とする磁性薄膜作製用スパツタ装
    置。
