    用ロボツトであつて、前記移動機構に搭載され、
    前記パレツトの収納位置を確認するためのカメラ
    と、前記カメラからの画像信号により前記収納位
    置の位置を算出する算出手段とを有することを特
    徴とするハードデイスク原盤移載用ロボツト。
